Fast and easy

I've been using this on hardware cloth. I used to cut it with tin snips,INSANITY. This is the way to go if you have a hardware cloth or sheet metal project. The angle of the handle to the blades makes it easy to use.

Be careful

If you are working with finished metal, be careful. The edges of the cutter face can scratch the finish.

I'm very happy to have this!

This is a little cumbersome to use, but it saves my hands so much hard work. I'm thrilled to have found a tool that will cut through hardware cloth so quickly. I'm sure with time I'll get better at it. I would totally recommend it to anyone needing to cut something like hardware cloth. I have chickens, so I have projects. Worth the money!

Very nice shear

I have used an air shear for years and have had to use a air regulator to control the speed of the shears so this one is very nice being variable speed. Compared to the air shears they are quiet and honestly i think they may be a bit stronger. 18 ga sheet metal cut without an issue. I just hope replacement blades are available.

Does the job

Bought this to trim tin on the house facia. Didn't want to spend a bunch on a tool that I'm probably only going to use a few times. This surprised me. It's easy to use, pretty powerful and accurate as your hand eye coordination. Over all very happy with the purchase. Don't think it would last a summer with a professional roofer but I think it's a safe bet for the weekend warrior.

UNBELIEVABLE !!

I am an HVAC contractor. 20 years in the business . I bought this wonder tool recently . I use it to cut the air return opening on furnaces I install. It cuts 20 gauge sheet metal like butter !! I can't believe I didn't buy this amazing machine all these years !! HIGHLY recommended !!!

Mala calidad o insuficiente para lo que dice la descripción.

En la foto que agrego esta el corte que intenté hacer, es lamina de acero inoxidable cal 21. Es menos de una pulgada de avance y termino por romperse, esta señalada la pieza que se rompió. RECOMENACIÓN. Deberían cambiar la descripción a un máximo de material cl 22 en lamina negra. PD: Ese era el primer corte. en otras opiniones mencionan uso industrial ligero pero la verdad es que ni eso aguantaría la herramienta.

Travail rapide et précis avec tôle de piscine acier galvanisé robuste

Comme premier projet, j'ai découpé une tôle de piscine de 50 pi en quatre longueurs pour doubler un bac de jardinage. Le travail est précis et rapide, ne laissant pas de bord coupant ni de barbes dangereuses à manipuler. Il crée un ruban en spirale de 1/4 po qui devient une perte, mais à part cet inconvénient, il coupe tout ce que je peux couper avec de bonnes cisailles, mais tellement plus rapidement, en éliminant presque tout danger de se couper. La première impression est excellente.

Best price around , works good

Very impressed on the trial cuts . I am cutting 18 gauge steel with ease compared to grinding . I would say I can cut 8ft in under 1 minute no problem with this tool vs 2 zip discs , potential personal damage and about 10 minutes , yes , this steel is very hard Good buy for the buck for my purposes

Une des lames s'est brisée après 1 an. Moins dispendieux de racheter l'outil qu'une lame...

Une des lames s'est brisée après 1 an. La lame se vend 10$ mais ça me courterait 60$ pour la faire livrer... J'ai chercher partout et ces lames ne sont pas disponibles autrement qu'en les commandant chez Wen (à 70$). Cet outil se vend maintenant 55$ (moi j'avais payé 77$). C'est donc un outil consommable? On le jette au lieu de le réparer?! C'est vraiment très moche. :( Très très décue.
