Great for replacing old fixtures!

We bought these recessed lights to replace our old boob style light fixtures in our hallway. The hallway is approximately 4 wide 'x 14' long and we used two of these recessed fixtures. It took my husband (who is moderately skilled at DIY repairs and wiring) around 40 minutes to install these and that is including clean up. They include a guide for how large the hole needs to be. My husband used a drywall knife to cut the drywall to size. The LED itself plugs then screws into the box, the box is wired to the existing wiring and will be protected inside the box. They do include wire nuts but my husband ended up using larger ones than what were included. I typically favor a more yellow color in my lighting 2700k for most of my home. I honestly prefer 3000k but for some reason that is much harder to come by. These are 3000k and are perfectly in between too yellow and too white. They are NOT adjustable in color like others I've seen. They DO dim but we have not tested that feature yet. (We plan to add two more to our closet with dimmers so I will come back when we do this and update) They light our hallway very well, better than the previous fixtures that took 4 lightbulbs total. Overall, they seem well made and so far I am very pleased with them. Edit to update: we purchased two of these to convert our lights in our closet (which is approx 15-20 feet long to 7 feet wide) and there are too many shadows. We changed from two fixtures with two bulbs and it just isn't as bright. So for our hallway this was a beautiful upgrade but the space in our closet was far too large.
