Winsome color and design, will take getting used to somewhat

I had seen only the pink and green versions of this brush at my local store and decided to wait for the lavender version. The travel/mini version's bristles/dimension were more suited to my needs (a travel/gym bag brush), but the handle of the miniature was too blunt/short for my comfort. (And I have small hands :) The original-sized brush felt better -- the bristles are lightweight and make for smooth, painless brushing (I have straight, short, thick hair) -- but the overall weight of the brush is heavier than the barrel-shaped, hollow brushes I am used to from childhood onward. However, the appealing color and monstera-like leaf design, as well as the environmentally-friendly construction are boons, so I will just have to get used to this different, new-to-me style.

I has a ton of fine curly hair. It's so thick the task.of brushing it even with hood conditioner and leave in sprays it daunting. This is the best "WET" brush I've tride to date. I am loyal to the brand and have had at least 10 different variety in the last 10 years. The plastic scalp protectors fall off long before the lifetime of the brush has expired--that's my only complaint. This particular model makes "combing out" my hair a breeze.

I’ve been using WET hair brushes for yeaaars now. I needed a new purse brush and this is it!! My last one was the original style (mini) but I’ve come to enjoy this detangle style, so I’m very pleased with this mini. Not to mention, the purple part is a very solid type of matte plastic which I really like. Makes the brush feel better quality in general.

No more tangles or static! Daughter loves it!

This is my tween daughters favorite brush! It goes right through tangles and her fine hair doesn’t have any static while using this! She cheers and is incredibly active in soccer, this brush travels with us! No smell, cuts tangles- happy kiddo for a better day!

Love the color! Love that it's moisturizing! Love the soft and flexible bristles! Love that it has two types of bristles! Love the comfortability of the brush! Love that it doesn't feel harsh on my bleached hair like many hard bristle brushes and wide tooth combs I have used! So pleased with this purchase! I hope they never stop selling it because if I ever lose this brush I will be buying another one (immediately) to replace it! Love this brush so much!

Gentle and effective

Brushing both my long straight hair and husband's shoulder length curly hair is an enjoyable process. No pulling or breaking, easy de-tangle, it is gentle and feels nice. This is our favorite and forever brush.

Good but not for corse or tangled hair

This brush is perfect is you have thin, shiny hair, or hair that doesn't tangle easy. I would say my hair is 1C and I have a lot of it - it knots easily if it's not brushed throughout the day. I wake up with knots if I don't tie or wrap it. There's nothing wrong with this brush, it can't handle my hair. I had a vegan boar bristle brush I loved, and the boar bristles were very firm, but on this brush they are soft and bend/glide over my hair rather than into it.

Awesome for a few months ????

*UPDATE* Sadly after an amazing time with this brush it has snapped after just 8 months. I was hoping for the price that this would be a keeper but May as well have bought a cheap one from the supermarket. Nov 2020 - I was dubious for the cost but my 12 year old with long knotty hair (especially when wet) said "this brush is awesome, 500 thumbs up!" Its got the teen seal of approval so i'm happy!

WRONG BRUSH SOLD

I was really looking forward to receiving my order as I had previously bought (from a different seller) two of these brushes before for my children which they loved. Once opened I was so disappointed to find it was another type of wetbrush very similar but different and very much not the one I was hoping to receive, the sellers pictures show a brush without the slit down the middle (the design I wanted) I received the brush with the slit down the middle, my first thoughts were 'it's going to brake' and I then saw the reviews showing the brush had broken. I'm not surprised, it feels very flimsy. Straight away went for a return and now I will look to purchase elsewhere the actual wetbrush I wanted. The brush they are advertising in the picture is very good may I add but I can't review the brush they sent as I didn't want that design so returned.

The best hairbrush for curly hair

I've been through a lot of hairbrushes in my life and have always struggled to find something properly suitable for curly hair. This brush is brilliant, it's designed in a shape of your hand as such, albeit with seven fingers ????, so it glides through the hair. Cleaning is a dream as the bristles are well spaced out. Since getting this brush, I also got their new version of shower brush and all hair type brush. This one is by far the best of the lot.

Broke after 2months. 2 stars for the 2 months

The best hair brush i had ever brought! It was so nice to brush hair with, my daughter (9) used it aswell. We both have long hair but hers is down to her bum. BUT it broke whilst my daughter was brushing her hair. She hadnt dropped it or anything, just literally doing what the hair brush was supposed to be doing, it broke in exactly the same place as all the other reviews. I didnt think to take a photo. I am actually gutted, it was a fab brush. I wont buy the same design as its obviously an issue. Too expensive a mistake to make again ????
