So easy to use!

Bought these to make mini apple pies and they turned out perfect! The spring release made it really easy for them to pop right out.

They broke

I made a bunch of cheesecakes in these pans in 1 day, and then I was washing it and the metal piece broke off. A couple times water did get in to my cheesecakes, im not sure why because i did cover them in foil. The cheesecakes came out of the pan clean every time. They looked great l. But I am returning them because I just bought them and one broke, I dont think that is Amazons fault though.

Only ONE minor issue

These look, feel and work great. I gave 4 stars because after a couple of uses, the wall ring starts to lose it's shape. It became oval. It caused an extra few seconds to get the ring to close properly onto the bottom. This did create less of a seal, but not terrible. I only bake cheesecake with a full crust (bottom and side) so leakage wasn't a concern. I did make a bottom only crust and that is where I experienced just a little leakage of the custard.

Finally...A mini springform pan that works!

I'm actually excited to write this review! I've tried over the past year to get a good springform pan, the mini sized ones, and I've had no luck. I bought them four times over the past year, and one set was peeling and rusting after one use, two sets went missing in the mail and had to be refunded, but this one is absolutely perfect. Granted, it does allow water and when I use it for a water bath for my first set of cheesecakes, but the fact is, every springform pan has leaking of some kind. The second time around when I made the cheese cakes that are present in the picture, they also have raspberry sauce baked into the top of them, I just baked it at 325 degrees with no water bath and had no leaking. They came out perfect and tastes amazing. These cost more than the cheap pans you'll get from China, but they are absolutely worth it and they are definitely nonstick. A little hot water will easily wash off anything you cook on to them. I'm just so impressed that the cheesecakes turned out so well, especially since they are hard to bake without burning or cracking or having other issues. I'm absolutely buying some more in the future. Thanks Wilton!

I like them very much

I like them very much and they perform as intended. I would have rated them a five acoss the board if the order contained four molds rather than three. Six is too many and three aren't enough. I just need four.

Terrific except...

I was SO excited to receive these little pans. I'm planning to make individual cheesecakes (of various flavors) for Thanksgiving dessert. Before washing, I took them apart and back together again to make sure they fit together snugly, as I read a couple of reviews saying there were issues. Satisfied that everything worked accordingly, I followed the washing directions to the letter. Guess what? One little pan no longer fit together as it should. So now I am conflicted. Do I exchange the pans two weeks before the holiday and put my faith in the hands of UPS? Do I keep the pans and work double-time? Do I order a second set and keep my fingers crossed? Or should I just pop a cork, pour myself a glass of Merlot and say, "Ooops, sorry guys, Mom/Grandmama forgot the dessert". ?

It's great to use but not easy to clean

I've used these to make a set of cheesecakes and they came out great from the pan. Nothing stuck to much to it though using parchment paper is a must. The only problem I have with it is the cleaning part.

Perfect Size

Perfect size. Has been so difficult to find Just the right size I've been looking for, spot-on 4 inches and not bigger. I take my cheesecakes as a gift and they have to fit the 4" boxes without moving around too much inside or they get damaged as the next size box is a 5" one. Super well made with a strong lever, easy to use and easy to clean non-stick. Nice touch that the base has a diamond pattern so my pastry base looks quite professional even from the underneath of my cheesecakes. Very pleased with the quality of these.

Works great in an air fryer

Use this product in my air fryer. So far only made individual breakfast pizzas. Fit great in the air fryer. Could fit 4 in the basket.

Decent little tins

Just what I wanted for making small cakes and pies. Sturdy, and work well. For the people having problems with the product: The pictues of the product have the bottom in upside down. It is the right side up if it looks like this: ,-----, and will buckel nicely into the rim. Springform pans must be used with parchment paper to keep them from leaking when using with batter.

Great for making pork pies!

In a rush of blood to the head, I decided to make Melton-Mowbray-ish pork pies. But what to make them in? So I ordered these pans from Amazon and what a great buy they turned out to be. They are the perfect size for a pork pie. The pastry went in quite easily. With these pies, you have to bake the pies for a while, then you have to take them out of the pans and put them back in the oven to cook the outside of the pies. This worked like a charm. So now I'm an expert at cooking pork pies, thanks to my springform pie pans! Move over, Jamie Oliver!
