Thank Goodness!!!

This is a superb mophead. I have two monster Rottweilers and sometimes I can't come right home from work to get them outside so they know to go in the basement on the paper. What used to take me 45 minutes to mop up and disinfect now takes 15 minutes with this super big, super thirsty mophead. Yes it's heavy but aren't they supposed to be? This beauty gets the job done, or shall I say, well done and fast. I pour a little extra Lysol on it and boom! I'm good to go in no time flat. Where has this thing been all my life? I'll add that I'm a woman with average upper body strength so yep, it's heavy but well worth the slightly added effort. Do yourself a favor, order one. I'm going to order two more. Other mopheads I've had are a reall pain South of my waistline. The day I got it, I threw it in the washing machine and it came out dye free (washed on hot with a capful of bleach and detergent). No problem. I used it immediately. No problem. Other mopheads have tangled so badly in the washing machine that I wasted my money (three times more expensive than this one). No waste of money with this one. Again, thanks!

Very durable and worth the price

The color of the yarn is a darker blue than what the photo shows, but you...are...moping...a...floor. Hello. Does it matter what color the mop head is? Really? Our indoor toy dogs have chosen a place in the house to urinate during the winter time. It's their dog room and it has tile floors, so I don't complain too much...TOO much. But I wanted a good mop that would clean up the mess and be easy to put in the washer with bleach and disinfectant once a day to keep some kind of cleanliness in the house. This fits the bill perfectly. I have two of these mop heads. One for household use and one for dog room use. The yarn does not come apart in the washer and, so far, it is holding up quite well.

Big, blue, and soaks up water.

I ordered this item from Amazon.com because of price and convenience of shopping. Delivery was prompt. In internet shopping, there are too may choices and not enough information to select between choices. It is dificult to get excited about a replacement mop head. It is big, blue, and soaks up water. I use the mop heads to mop a 1800 square foot tile floor monthly. One head lasts about a year. After that, strands break and need to be trimmed.

This mop does the work for you!!

This mop holds of water!! I did soak this mop in diluted cleaner and a mop bucket full of water and hour before use.... It soaked up a ton of water! I was worried the fibers would be water resistant due to some coating on them, but this is NOT the case.... I think my floor was more clean than it ever has been, the fibers just grabbed the dirt like a magnet... So happy with the quality of this product.

Great Product.

The Blue Yarn Mop Head is made of quality material. When wet the mop head is extremely heavy. In addition, blue ink will separate from the mop head. I suggest you leave the mop head in a bucket filled with water and some ammonia.

A Big Mophead

Great quality mop with reinforced strands. I unfortunately didn't realize this is a very large mophead and is more for commercial size. I'll probably order the smaller ounce size next time.

Too thick - Hard to wring dry

Product is hard to wring dry and use. I solved the issue by removing about a third of the strands. Now it is lighter and easier to wring out before mopping my floor. I should have read the specs in greatly detail.

Good mop!

I clean all day long and needed a sturdy mop. If you mop old-school, you'll like this one. It's great for the price.
