Die Carlisle 3068407 Sixth Size, 4 tiefe Lebensmittelpfanne aus Polycarbonat ist eine vielseitige Lösung zur Aufbewahrung und Präsentation von Lebensmitteln. Der Temperaturbereich (-40 °F bis 212 °F) macht die Pfanne ideal zum Einfrieren und Erwärmen. Sweet Swine O Mine Red Box Smoker water pan

Great replacement for the 4” deep factory water pan. This one allows more room in the firebox & less greasy water to dispose of once the cook is done.

Very handy pan to have

I used to have one like it but left it behind when we moved. This is the ideal size to bake things like custard in where a water bath is needed. Put the custard in individual ramekins or in one glass baking dish and then put it into THIS pan which you then fill with water not quite all the way up to the top of the other pan(s). Love it.

Worked for what I needed it for.

Bought this to use in hand-dyeing a single skein of yarn and it worked perfectly for that purpose. As it is stainless steel, the metal did not interact with the acid dyes the way an aluminum pan would have. The pan was sturdy enough that I could move it around easily while it was filled with boiling hot water without it buckling. This pan worked perfectly for what I needed it for.

Great cooler pan!

Works great in my Pelican 45Q cooler. Fits perfect and MUCH better than a $50 basket they offer. I read on one review that the opening of the cooler is the same size as the chaffing holders but I know 2 of these 1/2's wouldn't fit side by side although they might work overlapping each other, they just wouldn't sit flat. So idk if a full size would fit or not. Just a thought. I went with this one because it's not deep but it will be large enough to throw some dry goods in & it slides back and forth, so easy to access the whole cooler. For those wondering, this is the Burnt Orange which looks closer to what Pelican shows as their Orange one. I originally ordered the Orange but it was more of a red to me.

are you sure it's 18 gauge

I have other 18 gauge pans I bought at a restaurant supply that I have used for years. In comparison this is way thinner.

Decent quality for the price

I got tired of using and wasting throw away aluminum pans when I’m smoking meat. I did some research and found these. They serve my purpose nicely. They are decent quality for the price and are easy to clean. I’m happy with my purchase

Nice pan very good value...especially for unconventional use...

I'm using this to make ice. I stack this pan into a 4" deep pan filled up less than halfway with filtered Berkey water. When the pans have ice...I break it with a small stainless hammer. Ice breaks easily and into small enough pieces. I store it in a stainless bucket. Pan is not the thickest one out there but it isn't flimsy. A very good value.

Great Quality & Can be used for all kinds of stuff!

These pans are well made, good quality! They have all kinds of uses besides the steam table. We foster kittens and need small litter pans, yep, they are great litter pans! Sturdy, easy to clean and sanitary! The small size if perfect, in height for baby kittens as well as overall size. One other hint is we use chicken layer crumbles as litter. That is chicken feed! We buy it at our local Tractor Supply store and it is the best litter you can buy. Plus is is half the price of the expensive Wheat type litter and every bit as good if not better. It clumps, holds down odor, cleans up easily and no horrible clay to deal with, also no dust!
