Here’s the thing…

This bag offers a pretty great workout. I have a 100lb sandbag and this thing with 80lbs feels like a much more difficult and engaging session. But here’s the thing, it’s not easy to fill up. I bought this specifically for working out while traveling, and that may not be its best use. You simply cannot fill this up in a normal sink. A bathtub kind of works, but you won’t be able to fill it up all the way. I was fortunate enough that where I was staying had a deep kitchen sink with a flexible hose, but it still took more than 10 minutes and had complications. Probably the best way to do it is to submerge it in a basin or body of water, if you can. All said, though, it’s very durable and feels really solid. Very happy I made the purchase.

I'm using this everyday!!!

The reason I picked this bag is that it's adjustable from 0 to I guess around fiftyish pounds. I started where I could and as I get stronger. I just add more water. It's good because as I use it the water is moving and I have to use different muscles to adjust the balance of the water. No leaks at all. Easy to fill and to empty.

The bag is definitely a good investment

I dislike that the wrist straps strangle my wrists and the friction of the strap, when I'am moving the bag, causes brusing.

Good Quality bag... terrible inflator/valve

TLDR; Cheaper than others but you gain frustration. First Yes4All purchase I've regretted not getting a more expensive brand choice instead. The Good: The bag is convenient for travel. When you get to your destination instant workout equipment. Seems durable but I'm not throwing it like I would a normal sandbag. The Bad: Who thought up the valve and inflator connection?! Horrible! Getting water into the device without an actual hose is really hard because the bag doesn't fit in anything other than a bathtub. Then the valve doesn't seal to prevent the exit of water so filling it is very hard I'm dealing with 1/2 full and half weight as a result. The inflator is incredibly cheap but works. Unfortunately, the same issue with the water occurs with the air. Pump it to full then pull the pump valve to insert the closing valve and most of the air leaks out. This generally leaves you with a mushy half-filled bag with no shape. This adds instability but makes this not much better than a large ziplock bag of water with no real shape. My ultimate fix was to try inflating it with my mouth to get it usable. But I think that's only viable because it's brand new.

Good value for the price!

The bags are pretty sturdy, so long as they are not dropped. One of the seams on my bag leaked and had it replaced. The see through design is great at providing visual feedback while training. Good value for the price!

Just love it!

The bag is very good quality. The handles are soft and comfortable with a good grip. I use it with my balance board to improve my balance. I just filled with 10lbs of water. It’s enough exercise to practice for now! Such a fun and challenging workout! Love it!

Water moves a lot

The water moves a lot inside, so it’s hard to have a good controlled movements during lifting. Maybe it would have been good to have two or three water chambers inside the bag instead of just one?

Pretty tough little number!

Yep, works. A little tricky to add water too, made it my husband’s problem. The water sloshing does help to make you work harder. I’ve used daily for 3 months, it’s holding up well! Good purchase.
