Good quality, nice color/texture grip

I got this (and two other of the same brand/different weight slam balls) for my home gym. These are very good quality/very durable. I like that I was able to get different colors to distinguish the different weights more. The texture on them provides a good grip while using and they seem like they are going to last for quite some time! Very happy with purchase!

Great for strengthening

My mom was left weak after a long illness. We’ve been using this to help regain upper body strength. At first, she could barely budge it one inch. Now she can lift it above her head after short daily 5 min workouts for past month!! Her back and core muscles are also much stronger! Packaging and shipping can’t be beat with amazon!!!

Versatile workouts

Goblet squat, stand, throw and catch. Hold between knees and do leg lifts off a bench. Russian twists. The list is endless. I have a 25 lb one also. That one wears me out a little too fast, so I opted for a 20 lb. Dang, I’m sore.

Happy with my purchase!

Have been slamming this ball into my front walk for about three months now, and it still looks basically new! Hasn’t gotten lop-sided, deformed or popped. Feels like sand inside surrounded by an air bladder. Does not feel unbalanced either. Only quibble is when it is cold outside the triangle pattern can sometimes bite into your fingers a bit. Just used it mid-April and had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Sand filled, great grip

I have two different weights in the same ball (black) for different purposes. The grip is better than others I've used and the 40lb is the best for squats. For reference, I do 70lbs on seated leg extensions on the weight machines and the 40lb ball for squats is a just a little bit more difficult.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for a heavy slam ball that I could use at home. One that would be similar to the gym. This ball met that purpose! The grip is great on the ball, as well as the sand/open space within the interior of the ball, making it a perfect slam ball.

seems like it has a hollow plastic ball inside of it filled with sand that ssloshes around and makes the ball unstable when handling,which is actualy a bonus in a way as the weight shifts around inside the ball when it moves and makes u stabalize and use muscles you normaly wouldnt,good price just something to note.

Great Purchase

High quality manufacturing, prompt delivery, and exactly as advertised. I did made the mistake of assuming I could lift 10lbs, when in fact I should've ordered the 8lb, but product is great overall. The weight does shift when using only due to the internal contents of the ball being free moving, almost like a sand. Loving it!
