Well made

Super cute, well made with slightly bendable plastic, so not easy to break. The horn on the unicorns head was bent though, so it looks more like a hook.

Nice product

This is adorable! My niece will love it to add to her other Bayala collectibles! However…it is only 4.4 X 1 X 4 and the product dimensions says it 6.1 X 4.3 X 7.1 so that is extremely deceiving. Also…it doesn’t take away from the actual llamacorn but the box display came falling apart and the item was posed backwards on it.

Winged Rainbow Unicorn is a Stallion

This model is beautiful and well-made, and my 8 year old daughter was very happy to receive it for Christmas. It wasn’t until the next day when she told me, “MOM! My ‘mare’ has a p***s!” Yes, the model is, in fact, a stallion. That it is anatomically correct does not bother us in the slightest— she has two brothers and we keep poultry so all my kids understand that male and female animals have different parts. We do wish it was in the product description or photos, because she was planning on getting the foal version so it would be a mom and baby. We will still get the foal at some point, but she’s not quite as thrilled about it as she was previously. And overall she just likes the model a smidge less than she would otherwise. Now, if they came out with a “winged rainbow unicorn MARE,” she would be ecstatic to get a complete family set. Maybe in the future? Anyway, I wanted to share for those who have an observant kid who may care about the gender of the model.

Toys don’t need genitalia!!!

My daughter and I love collecting the Bayala series. Schleich makes a great product!! But for the love of unicorns STOP PUTTING GENITALIA ON THE STALLIONS!! They aren’t serving a reproduction purpose and probably a lot of children find it “gross”. They’re have been at least 5 unicorns that my daughter loved the look of and wanted to purchase, but they ended up being stallions and were either not purchased or returned. I was hoping maybe Schleich had listened to customer reviews and decided to change the molds of the stallions with the new winter/spring releases… but alas, the toy/collectible stallion is absurdly atomically correct. Sooo it’s getting returned and we’ll wait for the mare to be released in our country.

Gorgeous- beautiful detail

Like most 6 year old girls my daughter is absolutely obsessed with unicorns. She loved this figurine and immediately introduced it to the rest of her collection upon opening the package. Watching her face light up when she saw it was totally worth the price- I’ll for sure be ordering more.

Beautiful Stallion Winged Unicorn

This is not a foal but an anatomically correct stallion in true Schleich style (I'm finding the horrified reviews hilarious). It is as beautiful as the images and pleasantly robust. My only issue is that mine came unboxed i.e. without the Bayala box, just labelled in a plastic bag. A little naff for gift giving purposes

Magical

I like Schleich products, they are very detailed and long lasting, the kind of toy you can pass on to other children and are great for old fashioned imaginative play. I can see why people collect them. Collected quite a few horses and farm animals for our grandaughter. We've bought her a castle for christmas and starting to collected dragons, people and other bits to fill castle. No castle is complete without a unicorn or three and this one is truly magical. Beautiful to look at, exqusitly detailed, and colours really pop. Pricey but when compared with other toys now days which get forgotten about or broken this toy will be around a lot longer and can be passed on.

So lovely. The wings are translucent. Slightly bendy. Very sturdy. Beautiful details. Daughter loved it!
