Cooking time is to short.
The reason I give this cooker only 3 stars because the cooking time is too short. From Start cooking to End cooking Only 26 minutes. That is not enough time for the rice to be cooked. 1) When you cook 20 cups you can see the steam come out a bit before it change to Warm. You have to stir once and let it there for 15 minutes. 2) When you cook 25 cups you will see No steam come out before it changes to Warm. The rice still raw. You have to stir once and let it stay for 5 minutes then press Start to cook again. This second time cooking will stay about 4 minutes before it changes back to Warm. You let it stay for another 15 minutes. This time the rice will burn at the bottom. This rice cooker can make 20 cup is ok. It can't make over 20 cups. I think this rice cooker need to re-program the cooking time at least 35 - 40 minutes of cooking time.

Rice cooker and warmer in one.
When we first fired up this unit, it hesitated. We unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset the units brains. Working fine after that. Easy to use and clean.

Its good rice cooker, the only thing i noticed was the bottom of cooked rice becomes toasted or burnt easily

Cooker doesn’t work
This cooker is suck! I bought 2 commercially rice cooker and both are not working after 10 months. Even they don’t have any warranty on it. Because they know that it’s not durable. Don’t buy this cooker. It’s not worth it.

The GOAT Cooker
This is the best cooker you may ever have. It is ideal for catering businesses. It has a great closing mechanism that allows for an hermetic seal to cook/steam the rice to perfection. We use it mostly for the Cuban traditional congri rice (rice and beans) and it does the job perfectly. No sticking to the bottom or uneven cooking, it cooks very well.
