Saved my 3mo old baby
Our boy was born with dry skin and clusters of red spots. Our pediatrician recommended that we leave it alone and let them go away on their own but he kept scratching and leaving marks all over his face. Finally, bought this on my own and within 2-3 days his face cleared up! We’re very grateful for this product.

Simply the best!
I didn’t find anything better than this when comes to treating kids eczema! You could use it on regular basis as well. Simply best for my kids skin!

Perfect for use with tretinoin
I started using tretinoin 2 weeks ago and was struggling with itchy dry skin, even with layers of moisturizing creams and oils. I saw this get recommended on Reddit. It feels a bit gluey when first going on and gets worse if I mix it with products it doesn’t like (cannot layer my usual vitamin E cream on top) but the itching, burning, and flaking are gone. It leaves a nice coating that is perfect for wearing a scratchy mask all day. Definitely worth trying if you are using tret!

Cleared my baby’s skin in a week!
My 6 week old started developing baby acne which then turned into a full blown face rash. Nothing I did was helping it and it was going away very slowly. I decided to get this because her cheeks were getting so dry and red. After using this every day for a week her skin is basically back to being normal and soft. This stuff is amazing!

the only thing that helped an itchy rash
Several years ago I had a rash for several days - nobody could figure out what it was - that was terribly itchy. This lotion was the only thing that provided some relief. We are now using it for irritated overly dry skin - with beginnings of eczema - on ankles and shins. Since it is fragrance-free it protects but doesn't irritate the already overly sensitive skin.

Works so fast!
Our son had a mild case of eczema on the side of his face, and 2-3 days of consistent use of this lotion has cleared it up about 95% so far. Would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with baby's dry skin/eczema!

Great for the pool if you have dry/acne skin
I figure I'm gonna be sort of a niche user for this product. I'm a teen with mild acne that also works as a swim instructor. That means I'm in the pool a lot with drying skin because of medication. I'm sure as you already know, the chlorine or even salt water(depending on pool) can be very drying. Of course this is a problem because it can be not only irritating but also displeasing in appearance, unprofessional but most of all your acne is being exposed to tons of bacteria. Tried a bunch of lotions with no success(water wiped it off) and then finally I thought to myself... "whats an OTC lotion that solves dry cracked skin and protection against weather?" I considered water-proof sunscreen(though no sunscreen is really waterproof) but thought it better to go a different route. Those with eczema are prone to dry skin conditions, of course. And then I thought to myself, Baby Eczema lotion/creme would be more sensitive than for adults surely! Which brought me here. This product works on a couple levels: 1. You only need to apply it once. After work when I look in the mirror, I wouldn't see flakes on my cheek or acne like I had before. 2. It's EASY to apply. Some lotions as you smear on dry skin, it actually peels it off. I suppose the lotion was made to be applied to recently exfoliated skin. Unfortunately considering my medication for my acne, my skin is constantly peeling. So it was nice to see me being able to smear this stuff on my dry skin and see it being absorbed without it scraping off any dead skin. 3. One draw back is the shininess. Though in the pool shininess doesn't matter much considering the shine could be mistaken for water but in general you want to be spare with this lotion. I learned for me, a pea-size is enough for your entire face. I still find myself with an extra bit left on my fingers realizing how wasteful I am. Again, my experience with the product is that I do not use this as a protection or whatnot against the bacteria in the water(though perhaps I should if I weren't so lazy.) I use it more as a remedy during break-time if I notice my dry skin showing. And also occasionally on winter days when my skin is unreasonably dry.

La mejor, recomendada por el pediatra
La crema es excelente, yo la probé con mi hermanita de 1 año que sufre de una especie de dermatitis, esta crema calmó la comezón y cauterizo las pequeñas heriditas que se hace por rascarse. La crema deja una especie de película protectora que protege e hidrata. Una muy buena y accesible opción, es muy gentil con la piel del bebé, aunque si se requiere aplicar en grandes áreas recomendaría que se compre la versión normal, es igual de efectiva

Es un excelente producto, mi bebé hizo una reacción alérgica al pañal en la región lumbar y la crema y el polvo ayudaron muchísimo a la recuperación. La recomiendo mucho.

Verdaderamente huele a avena
Me gusto mucho el producto, se lo coloco a mi hijo de 2 años en su cuello y le calma la picazón. El olor es literalmente avena y la consistencia es igual. No tiene perfume es ideal para los niños y los adultos de piel muy muy sensible.
