the rope itself is very thin and light, it would be a whole lot better if the rope itself was twice as thick being that I purchased a similar rope 2 years back for 17.99 from a different company name brand at big 5 and the rope was twice as thick and would have lasted me yet still had I not dropped a 50lb dumbbell on the handle of the jump rope.
