May have to be slightly modified

Color was a little off. Had to punch holes in each corner to install corner caps. Weep holes were in exactly the right places.

Bought the canopy not the metal frame.

This is a great canopy. This is the third one we have bought over the last 12 years because the sun bleaches them out and they eventually rip. But this is a really good quality one and I like that it has long velcro straps holding it onto the frame and that allows the canopy to blow with the wind without ripping. We had one that lasted only a year because it had very short velcro straps and ripped when we had strong wind. This brand has been great and I am sure it will last 3-4 years. Well worth the money.

It leaks when it rains. Top piece is too big

Before purchasing this product I did read the reviews but I thought it wouldn't be that bad. The top piece is too big and the material does not hold liquid it leaks. I kept the old top and used that and put the other one on top of it for decorative purposes. It was easy to install and it will serve the purpose of staying out of the Sun.. UPDATE. I used 4 cans of SCOTTS water repellent on the material and it's absolutely amazing. So if you buy this product just buy water repellent, spray the fabric and then put it on.

Good product, second tier very tall

We are happy with this product after several days, including some stong winds and heavy rains. Velcro straps are well placed but will require trimming. Strings at each corner help tighten the outside perimeter. The perimeter of the second tier fits well on the frame. However, it appears design for a taller and steeper frame than we have (it is an old non-name gazebo from now defunct Sears). Therefore, the second tier is loose enough to open a space along its edges and let rain in. We will solve the problem by inserting a piece of copper wire in the netting along each edge to keep the edge straight. Just happy that we can keep this inexpensive but much enjoyed gazebo going for more years!

Nice colour but not waterproof at all

This product arrived fast and was well packaged to protect it. It was easy to install but be aware that it is not water proof and when it rains the water seeps through the material. I was expecting it to be more durable because of the two tier but not sure how long this will last. Hopefully at least another summer.

Great for the price.

I was happy with my purchase. The price was good and it fits my canopy perfectly. Remember it is only 9 feet 11 inches so take that into consideration. Not water resistant but I don't use it when it's raining. Looks nice and the ties downs are long. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Leaks

Worst product ever!!!! It’s not actually 10x10, which is in the fine print my bad for checking! Got it to fit but barely and now that summer is here we figure out that a strainer would stop more water from coming thru! Can’t even use it in the rain cause it does nothing! Never been so disappointed ever!

Slightly larger, but in a good way

Easy install, the cover seems durable. The mesh part was good but the zippers are very poor. Fortunately we had an existing mesh so didn't need to use that part. Overall very pleased.
