Works and decent price
I was thrilled at the stiffness of this stand. I didn't know what to expect, so I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I like the folding legs, so when I am not using it, it will take up less space.

Held my L.S. Engine no problem

worked great
I had to make different standoffs for the tractor engine that I was working on, but it worked great for an engine stand.

Sturdy
This engine stand holds a completely built diesel engine from a medium duty truck. Stand has little to no flex when rolling engine around the garage. I do have a jack stand under the front of motor just for reassurance.

A bit pricey for what it is an where its made.
I got this for an engine I just acquired, it was easy to assemble with simple tools very heavy material, once assembled it was very easy to roll as to my other stand the quality of welds are very good fit an finish aren't all that for the price it fits together fine a little loose an wondering how this will age with lots of use down the road. The actual finish has a lot to be desired, paint was missing an flaking off most of the assembled areas giving the welds look good they are rough an personally thing for the price more smoothing of the edges an jointed areas. Would I recommend, YES! Would I buy it again, Yes, but for the price I'd expected better fit an finish. Personally I think it should be $125. Less in price.

used with a BBC 454 CID mark IV
had my BBC 454 mounted for about two months while I replaced seals and did general refurb. need two people to rotate engine upside down safely, but the stand was stable and had no sag whatsoever after two months of being mounted. It is a bit tricky to transition the engine to and from the stand with a standard engine lift. need to turn the engine stand at an angle to get the right alignment. overall very happy with product.

Operational engine stand exceeds my expectations
It was packaged and delivered with one problem. It was too damn heavy. LOL It was not too hard to assemble. I wished the pin to keep it from rotating with engine mounted was long enough to go through the entire barrel. It would make me feel safer. My F150 302 ci engine went on with no major issues. It folds up very easy to store in the corner of the garage.

I would have rated it higher but my stand had 1 HUGE manufacturing defect.
It’s a decent stand for the price, but they need to fine tune their quality control. The shorter steel arm that the casters attach to wasn’t completely drilled through. It had two holes drilled on one side, but the holes were missing from the opposite side for the bolt to pass through. Most mechanics should have the tools to fix this, but it's not something you should be expected to.
