Completely useless without the handle!

"Bon 13-380 8-Inch by 8-Inch Aluminum Hawk with Comfort Grip Handle." See the with handle part there in the description? I just received the replacement for my original Hawk, which, you guessed it, came without a handle. The replacement arrived today. Guess what? That's right, NO HANDLE again! This item is completely useless without a handle. The order puller is most likely not going to know what this item is and that it should have a handle, so they get a pass. Why aren't the two parts to this item together inside of a plastic bag, making it impossible to ship only one part of the product? A simple solution to what should be a non-problem, the manufacture get no pass. I kept waiting for this product to be back in stock after the two incomplete orders I was sent. Then, for a while, there was a long waiting period for the order of this product to be filled, so I waited more. Now, it appears to be a prime item. Third time is a charm, I guess. After waiting and waiting, I was finally able to order one with a reasonable shipping window. It arrived with all parts included in a plastic bag as suggested above. Yes! Quality is reasonable, finishing could be better, it will wear with a little use and work well. Upgrading to three stars.

Just good

Overall product is poorly made compare to other brands. If you looking by price than is OK but if you're looking for good quality product which make you happy while using it than buy something else than this.

Waste of time and money.

The first one of these I ordered was bent almost down the middle and had 2 giant gouges on the surface. The shipping box had no damage. I asked for a replacement. The 2nd one which arrived had gouges in its surface, somewhat smaller than the first one. I returned both of them. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this product.

high ridges

The circle ridges are so raised, unusable without modification. You could cut yourself on them, it must be an error. Like all the Bon stuff I have got, it needed fixing. I Should not have to modify new equipment, a hawk should just work, it's a pretty simple item.

Horrible

This hawk was so sharp around the edges it would cut you, and the ridges on the top of it were raised and also rough enough to cut you if you ran your hand over the surface.

Bought it from a warehouse deal and it didn't come with a handle.
