Game changer

I hate to sew in my ends of my crochet projects. I want that sweet relief of being finished. This little tool makes it all go so much faster and smoother. This is a must have for any large project crocheter...a must!

Boye needle threader

Have been looking for this for years! Thanks Amazon! Love this threader. I shake alot, and this really helps with threading my cross stitch threads. Love it!!

Just what I needed

Perfect for threading embroidery thread/floss into large eye needles!

This makes threading embroidery floss an absolute breeze! Especially useful if the thread you’re using has 3+ strands braided together. You simply insert the hook into the needle first, hook it onto your floss, and pull! Viola! No need to put all that effort into getting every strand threaded at once (if you work with multi-stranded string, you know what I’m talking about!). Since the metal is thin, it warps fairly easily if you try to pull too many strands in at once (or if your needle eye is too small for the type of string you’re using). Not an issue with the material used or the product itself; it’s a common issue with all threaders! The metal can be easily bent back if this happens, and I haven’t experienced any issues with the hook breaking. Make sure you know what type of needle you’re using before purchasing this. This will not work on regular sewing needles, but it works great with large embroidery needles! 10/10 would purchase again!

Does the Job

This is a flimsy product, but does the job. It is a very thin metal and I am using it to bring yarn through a large hole needle which produces quite a bit of stress on the threader. It is not strong, so I do expect it to break at some point, but the price was right and you get what you pay for.

Only for largish needle eyes.

The hooks are too big for more delicate needle sizes. The bigger hook could handle yarn and the smaller hook is not helpful for normal embroidery needles. It isn't particularly well made with only the top edges rounded and finished. Turn it over and the edges are left cut and sharpish. You get what you pay for I guess.
