The puzzle accessory I never knew I needed!

I bought this on a whim along with some other puzzle accessories, and now several puzzles later, I can't remember how I ever got by without it. The "scoop" functionality is what I use by far the most. It easily slides under partially-assembled sections of puzzle and lets you pick them up to move them without breaking the pieces apart and having to get them back together. It's big enough that you rarely have an out of place assembled section that would be too big for it, but still small enough to be comfortable in the hand and easy to maneuver. The feature I've used the next most would be the magnifying capability. The whole "scoop" section is a transparent magnifying lens that you can use to "zoom in" on either the picture on the box or the puzzle pieces themselves. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm not getting any younger, and the days of having substantially better than 20/20 vision are long gone. So this tool comes in handy when doing an intricate puzzle and trying to figure out where a particular detail on a piece might fit into the scaled picture on the box. There is also an LED light that you can turn on with a switch. I have to say I've not really found a use case for this yet, but it doesn't get in the way if you don't use it. Overall I can't give this product enough stars to reflect how useful it is in putting together puzzles.

Should have had this years ago

I did not know such a great tool existed! I do now puzzles on a felt-top puzzle board. After many years of working on a wood surface, the felt top was often frustrating when I needed to move sections around. But this tool is perfect for that! A light, a magnifier, and a scooper all in one. If you are a puzzler, you need this!

Handy Little Gadget

I really do like this contraption. It has a nice light on it and has worked well for a month so far. The only downside is that you tend to want to hold the handle where the light is, but you can work around it. The scoop part could be a little bigger, it doesn't hold very many pieces. I mostly use it for the magnification and the light. It's definitely worth $10 if you like doing puzzles.

If you are an avid puzzler you will love this. For those times you can’t quite tell with the naked eye if the piece fits or not. Love this !

Handy, clever item

This scoop and magnifier is very useful. I've used it in a variety of ways besides on my puzzles. The only negative is the connection to the light is unreliable and can be improved. Still a good purchase

Do what it's supposed to do...

Was a little scratched. Probably during shipping and handling. A clear peel off protection like some other clear products have would have probably prevented that. Otherwise it works good.

Buen item para los fans de los rompecabezas, aunque me parece un poco elevado su precio. Funciona bien, la luz es muy brillante y la lupa está de buen tamaño (no muy grande pero no muy pequeña), pero lo malo es que se ve un poco "rayado" el plástico. El embalaje fue bastante simple: una bolsa plástica que contiene el producto y solamente lo metieron en la bolsa de paquetería, sin nada de protección o poliburbuja para evitar golpes. La entrega fue de 3-4 días siendo de importación y no prime, muy bien ahí.

Don't waste your money. Cheap and nasty junk.

This is cheap and nasty. The led lighting is okay, the magnifying square is cheap, flimsy plastic. The only thing that I will use it for is the scoop, however I have never needed one before, so I probably won't even use it for that. Honestly, buy a good quality magnifying glass with a led light and if you are after a scoop, grab your spatula.
