Much bigger than expected, not true to size
They’re sturdy and do the job but I ordered them in the size my son wears in other shoes and they’re at least 3 sizes larger than they should be. He’s still growing so it’s not the end of the world but other people should know they’re bigger than they should be. Son wears a 7 normally, I ordered a 7 and my husband who normally wears a 10 could easily wear them with some room. Just keep that in mind when you order.

Average quality slush boot...they work
I rated these 3 stars, which (to me) means they deserve an "average" grade. My reasons, based on what they are intended for (working in extreme weather conditions, worn as a protective "slush" cover over work shoes) are: 1) The yellow tops and sides are not very thick-walled, so they may be easily punctured on job sites or by sharp branches. 2) There are lots of seams, either fused chemically and/or by heat (think: bicycle tube patch) along the sides and where the black soles meet the tops...again, potential for separation and leakage. 3) They do not have a lot of structure, so they are very, very floppy and puckered-looking around the toes. I ordered them in Men's Size 15 (my regular shoes are mostly 12's) and these fit over most of my shoes very easily, without much wiggle room. My sneakers, on the other hand slid around a bit. A size 14 might have been better, but this is not an exact science...but boy, these puppies LOOK huge on me (I did not make this part of my rating, just an observation). The smell is not that bad...what I expected for this type of boot. They came in a plastic bag, and I'll keep them in that between uses. Anyway, that's my 2-cents on these!

Nice boots - NOT WATERPROOF!
I purchased these boots to wear over my shoes while dealing with my flooded basement. I wear a women's (US) 7.5, and these boots were very big, which is great because they slip over a small tennis style sneaker easily. (I tried them with running shoes and they weren't so easy to get on/off.) The calves are very big as well, even on muscular calves like mine, which are by no means "skinny". They look like big fireman boots but they stayed on my feet and I enjoy clomping around in them. The main problem I have with them is that they are NOT waterproof! The seams where the black bottoms meet the yellow upper leak when submerged, causing the water to weep into the bottom of the boot. I wouldn't think this is a huge problem if you are walking in puddles, mud, or heavy rain. However, standing water (e.g., higher than the black seam) was no match for these boots. I would return them but I'll keep them for the garden and buy another pair for the basement.

Ok work boot
These are an ok work boot. Husband works construction and he only wears these boots in rain and mud. Boot does not hold up against puncture wounds very well at all. If you work around things that will easily put holes in the boot i recommend you look for a stronger boot.

Awesome boots
My husband love the boots. He used them for power washing the house. Good quality.

OK- Women, Be Wary
These shoes look great for men, that one guy's review is probably pretty accurate for his situation. But women should know a)these shoes are in mens sizes, so order a few sizes down to make up the difference. and b) they are meant to be worn OVER your shoes. i had to return mine (sort of my own fault, i didn't notice they were in the "hardware" department and would probably be men's sizes) and i lost out on a lot of extra shipping cost and hassle. otherwise, they seemed sturdy, supportive, and well-designed. but, i'm looking into Zetta women's now instead, so that i know the sizes will be more accurate for my feet.

BAD (NOT Good) quality Rubber over-boots
Update: The boots are less than one year old and have dry-rotted and cracked already, plus the lining is separating from the rubber shell. These are no better than the cheap ones I bought the first time. DO NOT buy, unless you just want them for 10 months or so. They have been used about ten times and sit in my workshop in a household environment. NOT GOOD quality at all. My previous Boss over-boots (looked just like these CLC Slush boots) literally dry rotted. I wear size 13 shoes and wanted boots to fit over my shoes so I bought size 15 CLC Slush boots. These are a bit big so the loafer shoes I am using inside the boots have heels that slop around. I have not tried the boots with larger work shoes or good sneakers, but the size 15 CLC Slush boots are good quality and I hope they last a long time. I only use them on occassions so I can't comment on heavy use wear.
