Pretty good
Used this in a snorkeling trip to Hawaii. Worked well but for a couple small issues. The top backflow protector didn't always work, and the mouthpiece could be a little more comfortable (wants to pull away from the face)

Dry snorkel not for me. Hard to get a deep breath.
First off it was well designed. I liked how it can fold into a small size. It is probably great for most people who just kick around on the surface. I tried this out in the swimming pool and I found it hard to breath through. Kind of like breathing through a straw. I swam a few laps in the pool and was out of breath. I took the top splash guard off and the actual breathing hole was very small. This was due to to the dry snorkel mechanism. I tried to find a more traditional design from Cressi but didn't see any. I returned it and ordered a Mares Egroflex. I like to dive 20 or 30 feet deep and swim with the snorkel so I need a more traditional design. I got the Mares snorkel today and it looks like it will be good for me.

works great!
when you dive, nothing gets in this thing. my husband even did flips and went upside down and it stayed dry as a bone. I prefer the cressi itaca snorkel because it has a smaller mouthpiece. my husband prefers the this one because it has a larger mouthpiece. so it just comes down to mouth fit. however, make sure you thoroughly wash, rinse, and air out to off gas before use. these definitely need to be washed and off-gassed but once you do, they are fine.

Excellent piece of dive gear. Full stop.
I can't speak highly enough about this snorkel. As a new diver (just recently OW SCUBA certified), I think my opinion on this snorkel is particularly valid BECAUSE of the fact that when it comes to gear and one brand over the other, I have no idea who's better than the other or why. Nor do I have dive-backed experience to put all my chips behind any one or the other. What I, and other new divers like myself typically are looking at for initial criteria is price point and performance/reviews. So for this particular piece of gear, it nails both. I used it for my OW certification recently and never once after each dive (up to 30 ft.) did I surface only to have to find myself blow-holing a ton of water out of my snorkel. Did a little bit of water get in? Of course - it's not AIRTIGHT, but only having a small bit to push out instead of 1/4lb of liquid before you can take a clean breath, makes a hell of a difference and gives the diver that much more confidence in the water. And, at an extremely reasonable price-point, I'd say that's a solid addition to your dive equipment. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone interested in the sport, amateur or professional.

Amazing as long as you get one that seals well with a free moving float valve!
I ordered two just t make sure I had a working one before my trip and I'm glad I did. One leaked at the float stop at the top and the float liked to stick closed. The second was perfect! So amazing how well it works! I could scuba dive 60', surface and switch back to snorkel to find it was still water free and ready to go! Big waves? No problem! It'd close and open on it's own while keeping the water out. I even used it to avoid covid on the dive boats figuring I'd be sucking air above everyones breath Make sure you test that the float moves freely and that it seals when the float valve is closed. Otherwise ignore the molding issues on the silicone where the tube bends because those ridges are just for flexibility so it's purely cosmetic unless there was a gap so large you can suck air through somehow.

DRY and easy to inhale
Not all dry snorkels are this easy to inhale. Very comfortable. I've been through dozens and this is my favorite.

Great snorkel! zero water entry when diving below surface
Picked up for my trip to Belize, 3 days of snorkeling along reefs. along with cressi goggles preformed as expected. I could dive below the surface with zero water entering snorkel. Then when your about to resurface, simply start exhaling, opening the valve, didn't have salt water in my mouth once!. Spent more on goggles and snorkel, bought cheap fins. Worked perfect!

I wanted to like it so bad, but...
I wanted to like it so bad, but I just can't. All of my other dry snorkels the end where air comes in is just as big as the tube itself. Not on this snorkel if you look down the end of it it sort of looks like a snake's trachea. It's a very very small breathing hole in relation to the diameter of the tube. It is advertised as being a foldable snorkel. I will admit you can bend to the thing in half. I really don't have confidence that you'll be able to do it very many times without it breaking. It's very stiff and the Cressi lettering appears to be delaminating because of it. Of any snorkel or regulator that I've ever had in my life this has by far the most uncomfortable mouthpiece. It's very rough and rigid it's not very pliable at all. I do understand that that's a very easy thing to change out and it's not very expensive but for the cost of this snorkel it should come with a comfortable mouthpiece right off the bat. I use a Mares ergo dry snorkel and I honestly do not consider it a quality made snorkel, but it is far better than this one. My son uses a cheaper Cressi dry snorkel and it is much more comfortable and easy to breathe with than this. Needless to say I'm sending it back. I was really really hoping for a good quality foldable dry snorkel. I guess nobody actually makes one.

Excellent :)
Works excellently, I found I could dive down a little and swim back to the surface to breathe immediately without even exhaling to force water out. Clips securely to my mask (Cressi big eyes evolution). Some reviewers said they found it difficult to keep in the mouth but I didn't find this to be an issue - a snorkel is supposed to move away from your mouth a bit like this so you can use your regulator easily if scuba diving. Having previously only used cheap snorkels in the past I'm really happy with this one it's night and day better. In the picture on this listing the top of the snorkel is clear but mine arrived black at the end (that's what I actually wanted so not complaining however the picture wasn't accurate)

Top quality snorkel.
Brilliant quality in both materials & design features. High quality silicone mouthpiece with flexible attachment is very comfortable. Large & efficient purge valve & collection chamber. Streamlined oval shaped profile. Quick release mask clip with sliding attachment, & a one way float valve in a well designed splash guard. A lot of thought has gone into designing this snorkel. Cressi have a reputation for building high quality & high performance items at an affordable price, & this snorkel is no exception.

Excellent product
Maybe a bit expensive but it definitely worth every penny. I used for a week in holidays and worked very well. I’m pleased with my purchase.

ALMOST NO WATER INGRESS
GREAT PRODUCT. WORKS ALMOST 100% BUT DID LET A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER IN ON ONE OCCASION. GUESS IT DEPENDS WHAT ANGLE IT GETS DIPPED AT. IT WORKS WITH A SMALL FLOAT THAT BLOCKS OFF THE AIR INLET AT THE TOP SO IF YOU DIP IT AT A SHARP ANGLE IT COULD LET WATER IN, CANT SEE HOW THAT CAN BE AVOIDED.
