Moisturizing Feel but I Don’t Care for the Scent
This night cream does absorb quickly, and it has a thinner consistency than other PM face lotions I’ve tried, but I haven’t been overly impressed with its performance, especially for the price. The blend of vitamins A, E, and hyaluronic acid in this cream do leave my face feeling moisturized, but I really don’t care for the scent of this formulation. It does dissipate fairly quickly after application, but it doesn’t entice me to gladly use it again. My skin never feels heavy or greasy, but I’m just feeling neutral about this one overall.

Nice Moisture, Great Hero Ingredient
I like this nighttime cream. it's pretty light in its application and doesn't weigh heavily on the skin. It has a combination of high quality ingredients that work in conjunction to help the skin repair and remain youthful over time. Tympacur is the Dermaroller anti-aging skin care line. As with all Anti-aging products, the results are to be gained after continuous usage over extended periods of time. As such, it's a difficult to review the full effects of this product after testing a bottle, because the fullest effects are likely yet to be seen after months or even a full year of usage. However, I have dry skin and will break out if I don't wear a cream that moisturizes enough at night. This product provides enough moisture to leave my skin soft and free of breakouts. I also did a lot of research on the ingredients in this product, particularly because this is a more expensive than drug store brands (even the highest end drug store brands). I found that the hero ingredient, a derivative of the hibiscus plant, is incredibly expensive and usually appears in products more than twice the price. It is known as the "natural botox" as it appears to inhibit the breakdown of elastin (connective tissue) in the skin. The research on this ingredient is still emerging, but I have found it to consistently appear in skin care products as expensive as $200 a bottle. The cream does leave my skin bright and looking moisturized immediately after usage. The biggest con I have for this product line is that many of the items have a medicinal sent, some stronger than others. I didn't find this end of the night Repair Cream to be too off-putting, but note that it does not have any perfumes masking and natural scent. In this price range, I feel that it is worth continuing to use this product line for long-term results.

The Good: 1) It contains sodium hyaluronate not hyaluronic acid. Sodium hyalurate penetrates the skin a lot deeper than hyaluronic acid, though hyalurate acid is more widely used. 2) Packaging is nice 3) Fast shipping The Bad: 1) It contains Benzyl Salicylate, which is known to cause allergies and irritate the skin on some people. 1) The first few times it gets pumped out, the formula looks gross because it's separated and it's visually off-putting. 2) It doesnt smell great. The company should consider adding a light fragrance or something. 3) It's not thick enough to be a nigh cream. Night creams are typically much thicker. This is like a thin daytime cream. Note- See the pic I uploaded that shows the time you can use this product after opening. It's 9 months. Most of the creams I have say 12-24 months of use after opening so be aware and throw it away at the right time.

Its ok....Kinda slimy
This is not by favorite moisturizer by a long shot. Its very slimy on my skin and doesn't absorb very well at all. It smells a little odd as well so really not something I enjoy or plan to get more of.

Just can't get past that smell!
This is an okay moisturizer. It feels good on my skin and doesn’t irritate it. The texture is good (after the first several squirts, which looked separated and gross). It doesn’t absorb for me quite as well as some others reported, but I’m okay with how it ends up. But I didn’t look “rejuvenated overnight.” There is no noticeable effect, other than my skin isn’t dried out. Perhaps long-term I would notice some improvement, but on the third night, as soon as I squirted out some, I thought, “Oh, no, I just can’t put up with this another night!” The smell is really quite unpleasant. And fairly strong. I found myself deciding not to snuggle up with my husband because I didn’t want him to associate such a bad smell with me. And it didn’t go away. I was up for a couple of hours after putting it on, and I could still smell it. I woke up once during the night, I’m not sure when, and thought, “What’s that smell? Oh, yeah...me.” I thought this must be a fragrance-free product, and that’s why the smell is unpleasant, but checking the ingredients, it lists “parfum,” so they actually made it smell this way intentionally! And of course the price is entirely ridiculous. For a miracle product with a great smell, I might pay that much, but for an “okay” moisturizer with a repulsive smell, no way.

Absorbs quickly, leaves skin soft
I am very happy with the absorption of this cream. I put it on right after washing my face and it absorbs so quickly that I don't have to worry about keeping my face off my pillowcase immediately. It is a very light cream, but 2-3 pumps is enough for my face and decolletage. My face is not sticky right after or even the next day like with some creams. I am not a huge fan of the smell. It dissipates quickly, but initially I thought "ick, this is not a great smelling product." That's the only negative, but since I have found it difficult to find night cream that actually absorbs into my skin, I'll take the less than pleasant smell for the fact that I can almost immediately put my face on my pillow.

Dermaroller Tympacur Night Repair Face Cream
What is it with the scent? This is the second Dermroller product I've used and the scent is horrific in both. Maybe it is linalool? It works well enough but I couldn't sleep with it all night. I just use it when I'm not going to be around other people or if I have to inhale it all night.
