Simple on-off grinder.

It is the simplest electrical mixer with just a power switch. The materials (steel, stone, Teflon, plastic body) are of good quality. It is easy to use, does make a good batter but not very easy to collect or clean. The cost of nearly $400 is unjustified. There is no timer or speed settings.

This is best. Arrived on time. Was easy to use. We made idli batter recently and the idlis came out well compared to the mixer we were using earlier. We love it.

lentils keep spilling out very hard to operate. I sit near the machine when lentils are being grinded to wipe down the batter so it grinds peoperly and does not spill.Always batter will ahve some lentils that is not grinded. I tried to return it fisrt time after bad experience using it but customer car was poor. I got return slip but there was no way to return it. Because I spent money , I am using it like a fate.But cant handle it any more looking for a good one in the market.

Not working on its full capacity... getting stuck & taking longer time

Not working on its full capacity. Getting stuck with load & taking longer time. To grind 2.5 liters load, I have to do 4 batches. Its inefficient. I had 1 lt grinder before for past 5 years, which is more efficient than this.

Cleaning it is a chore, the 1.5 liter is ideal.
