Good, sturdy, non-stick pans . . . not perfect

My eight inch pans were just a bit too small for several desserts I make frequently. I was looking for nine inch pans and found these. They are heavy metal pans, non-stick, and attractive. I do not like that you are advised not to use metal utensils with them, as many of the new coatings do allow that. Instructions also recommend hand washing. At my house, everything goes in the dishwasher.

Nice pans for baking goodies

These pans are well made — sturdy and easy to clean. They are replacing cheaper pans I only had for a year or two. In hindsight, I should have purchased the heavier and slightly more expensive pans back then as I am pretty sure I wouldn’t have needed to replace them after such a short time.

Great Baking Pan

The dual set stack well for easy storage. The pans have preformed well in my cooking endeavors and clean up is a breeze. They are sturdy without being overly thick or heavy.

These pans are great, I bought several and use them multiple times a month. Super sturdy and good quality.

They do the job just as I'd expect a good product to do.

I've only used each pan once but with Christmas coming it will be much more often. 1st, I ALWAYS line my pans with parchment so that cakes and squares can be easily removed and be more easily sliced. There was NO sticking in corners which often leak and washing up was a dab of liquid soap on a sponge. I was a little worried about the colour being darker than my Mom's old aluminum ones which were accidentally recycled so I did reduce my oven temp by 20 degrees with most excellent results. As much as I miss my Mom's old pans, I LOVE the wide grab edges which make moving the pan much easier and safer for my arthritic hands. p.s. My husband is still in deep doo-doo !

Bakes Brownies Properly

I don't know why brownies only bake properly in a square pan. Once getting these square pans my brownies now come out well. Have used many times. Good quality.
