Good product, not great...

Love these stairs for my small fur babies, and they use them on a daily basis! Only complaint...I feel they wear out too quickly. The inside stuff breaks down after several weeks and then there is no stair form left...just a broken down looking thing....have had to replace a couple of times now. Very lightweight and we can travel with them! Just wish they were more sturdy!

My pups love these

These steps are nice and soft for pups feet. It’s more comfortable for my dogs to use than the plastic ones. The pups do at times ‘paw’ at the foamy stairs and can make a little indentation on the foam, but these are holding up for our 6 and 14 lb dogs. They don’t fold or anything and are bulky that way so don’t get if you plan to travel with them. You’d be better off with a folding set for travel. If you have a small dog that needs some help to get on a couch then this is great.

This just didn't work

This was probably a good set of stairs but we have a tiny Yorkie and he just wouldn't go down them. I found them to be to steep for such a little dog. We tried everything we could think of to work with him but nothing worked. We eventually had to send them back.

Sturdy, but steep

I have a little four-pound yorkie and tall couch cushions. These steps work ok but there is a nine-inch gap from the top of the steps to the top of the cushions. She can use this for now, but as she gets older we will need a different option.

Height is awkward

Smaller than other models and the fabric on this product isn’t nearly as nice as other pet stairs in this price range that we’ve bought before. The steps are short and narrow - not a good choice for a senior pet or one who’s not steady.

These are ok

My dog doesn't really use them that much but she does use them some. Good product for the price. Foam with covering. Not a structural marvel. Kind of small- doesn't give a great height adv. Overall I would probably recommend for a dog that just needs a little extra leverage.

Great stair for Chihuahuas

The low dimensions make this a great stair for helping Chihuahuas get on couch. Other stairs have deeper and higher dimensions for each step, making it too high for little Chihuahuas to clear. Good fabric for some resistance. A tighter fit would be nice though. Stair can slide a bit on hardwood so you may need to put something underneath to prevent that.

Very disappointing

I have a tiny chihuahua and originally, I thought the stairs were perfect. After a couple months though, the foam “collapsed” and the stairs were useless. Also, the material covering the stairs stretches making them a hazard. I contacted the company and they said they would send replacement stairs…I was happy with this solution. It’s now been THREE MONTHS and I haven’t received stairs. They keep saying they will send a replacement. Not happy with product or customer service!!
