Very pleased with my purchase! It does need a few tweaks when you install it.

I hesitated to order this because of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I actually ordered a third door hinge based on a few reviews, but I ended up not needing it at all. With a few tweaks, this turned out to be absolutely perfect for my. needs. It took me about 10 minutes to install, which wasn't that bad considering all of the trial and error. The instructions weren't very helpful, so I included some hacks below, in case they might be helpful to anyone else. 1. Removing the door pin: - Before you remove the door pin, insert something in the space between the door & floor so that the door stays level after you take off the pin. -Use a hammer and nail to wedge the door pin out of the hinge. No need to buy extra fancy tools. 2. Installing the poles: - Ignore the instructions on how to position the brackets based on the length between the door hinges. I ended up using the "up" position for both the top and bottom even though the instructions said to use the "up" position for the top and the "down" position for the bottom. - Also ignore the instructions on assembling the pole before installing on hinge, because the poles will keep sliding off of each other during the process. - For the bracket positions, start with the top door hinge and use the "up" position for that bracket. The bottom one is a bit trickier. Hold the bracket on top of the hinge and find ways to use the "up" or "down" position so that you find a spot where the screw hole aligns with the bracket hole (You'll see what I mean when you see the screw hole and bracket hole area). It does take some trial and error to get the perfect spot. AFTER you find that spot, you can tighten the screw in. - When re-inserting the pin, use a hammer to push down the pin until it's wedged all the way in. Start with the top hinge. This part is especially important when you try to install the rest of the pole. If you don't hammer the pin securely in its place, it will get pushed out when you are installing the other pole sections, especially the bottom one. 3. Installing the arms: - Install the "arms" AFTER you install the poles on the hinge. The instructions include this as part of Step 1 but just ignore that part. The "arms" will keep falling off when you install the poles, so avoid the hassle and just save this step for last. - The part that's wobbly are the "arms." I found the rest of the clutter buster to be really sturdy. After I finished assembling the poles, I inserted the arms into the pole, but I applied some industrial strength glue in between the gaps where the arms are inserted into the poles (you'll see what I mean when you install). This made the arms stop wobbling. Overall, Im really pleased with my purchase & I would recommend this product. It does take a few tweaks, but feel l that it was worth the time and effort for me.

Is a bit difficult to attach to the door as a one person job but once it was up it worked out really nice for our home. Very happy I purchased.

Wanted this to work but didn't due to being rusty upon opening package

Unfortunately I ordered 2 of these (one for my home and one for my daighter homes and since they were both rusty upon opening the package and removing the parts, so had to repackage and return both. Not sure where these are stored, but apparently they are not made of a rust proof metal for a bathroom, which is where I wanted to use these.

Not great! Doesn't suit with my door hinges so have to screw big cup hooks into the architrave around my bathroom door. Also doesn't suit big bath towels... all in all a bad buy

Un accessoire pratique et facile d’installation

Le support à serviettes est bien, on est juste un peu inquiets qu’il ne soit pas super robuste car les poles ne sont pas vissés, elles s’insèrent uniquement dans le poteau central, on aurait souhaiter que les poles soient vissées car elles risquent de tomber si on est trop brusque lorsqu’on tire sur les serviettes.
