Wenn Sie If You Care-Pergamentpapier verwenden, ist kein Einfetten Ihrer Pfannen erforderlich. Denn unser ungebleichtes Pergamentpapier ist beidseitig mit Silikon beschichtet. Die meisten anderen Pergamentpapiere sind mit Quilon beschichtet – einer Chemikalie, die Chrom, ein Schwermetall, enthält. Bei der Verbrennung wird es giftig und hinterlässt Spurenelemente in Ihren Backwaren. Der Grund, warum die meisten anderen Marken mit Quilon beschichtetes Pergamentpapier verwenden, liegt darin, dass die Kosten wesentlich niedriger sind als bei der Verwendung einer Silikonbeschichtung. Success This worked baking bread at 425 degrees

This parchment worked well for my sourdough bread in bottom of my Le Creuste cast Iron pot at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. I trird other brands and the other brands stuck. This brand worked. I did oil the pan but this is only thing that worked. Yay success

I thought was dumb to spend so much on parchment paper. This does lastmuch longer then expected.

I like it. Seems very natural and I read all about what it does not contain. No blade just serrated cardboard on box so it falls out and is a pain especially if the box gets busted. You just have to have kitchens issues or-other to cut it.

Parchment paper works great!

I love that this is a nontoxic option for parchment paper! Ditch those nasty PFAS chemicals! Unfortunately, the box doesn’t hold together well, and the “teeth” for tearing it off aren’t metal so they bent and aren’t holding up well. That’s why I only gave 4 stars. The parchment paper works PERFECTLY! I’m so happy with it.

great product

I have been using this for years. It is really good and non toxic. You have to make sure that you close the flap before you try to tear a piece off and it works perfectly. I also like to use this as a barrier in between the plastic lid of my glass food containers that are full so that the plastic lid doesn't touch the food.

Good experience

I was expecting the roll box to be damaged, based on recent reviews, but it arrived in perfect shape. I followed the directions to open the box and was able to use the cutter fine, though ya gotta use care. Happy to have a safer product to use.
