ET910 load is not continuous
I bought a couple of these to test the ports on a USB power bank I am designing. Unfortunately, the load is not continuous. When you select aa current level, say 2 amps, it only applies the load for about a second and then turns it off. It latches the current reading so it appears to still be drawing current but, in fact, is not. I am sure this is the way they designed it but it was a surprise to me and not what I need for my application. The LCD layout could be improved. There are two sizes to display the voltage and current. The small size is too small and the large size results in the screen being too crowded.

You May Need Apple Mac USB-C to USB-A Adapter
The USB-C lead would not read my MacBook Pro USB-C ports. I needed to attach an Apple brand USB-C to USB-A adapter to the USB-A lead to read the Mac's USB-C Ports. I also found it easier to read the USB-A ports in my Airstream travel trailer using a 16 inch USB-A to USB-C cable attached to the Klein's USB-C port. The extra length is handy. Other than that it works as advertised.

Great troubleshooting device
After trying to figure out a random USB issue this little device had it solved in minutes. Found after 5-10 mins of a device plugged in voltage on the port dropped to 3v. Both front USB 3.0 on my PC exhibited the same issue. Found I had an issue with the header on the MoBoba small bit of soldering solved. 10/10 must have for anyone wanting to troubleshoot USB issues. If I were Klien I'd make a kit and have the input side and output have all the different USB ends needed in a small case. I'd definitely buy that as well.

Indispensable
Use this on everything I have that takes USB charge. Nowadays lots of products have variable voltage and this little device tells you exactly what's going on. Combined with a Kill-A-Watt wall meter, this is the best way to determine is things are really working as they should. USB charge blocks, power banks, cables, you name it. It reveals all. Also indirectly tells you a device's native voltage. Found out one of my power bank's native voltage is 15v. Amazing.

Doesn't Work With Apple
I'm an IT guy and do a lot of USB troubleshooting. This unit really is a good unit but it doesn't seem to work with Apple charge cables. I read that in the reviews but figured ... pfft they didn't know what they were doing. If you're purchasing this to monitor Apple devices you'll be sorry. I can only give this three stars because of the issues measuring apple USB connections.

Good meter, but plug the USB-C devices in the right orientation
This is a pretty nice USB power meter. I have a very simple USB-C only power meter that works well, but it doesn't have any leads, so can sometimes be hard to plug in. Also I wanted a power meter that also did USB-A. Klein Tools is a great brand, so got this USB power meter. It works well and has plenty of features. It has a lead on one of the USB-C ends as well which helps with device arrangement. But it does have a draw back: USB-C is generally the same plug on both ends, and as such the devices can determine which ones supplies power and which one is the sink. But this power meter in USB-C mode you need to put it in the right direction or you get no amperage reading... seems like a weird design flaw.

There are cheaper alternatives with better specs and more features.
ET920 is a well designed, accurate, and easy to use device. However, for about half of its price you can find power tester with better specifications. The alternative may not look as fancy or be as easy to use, but it has comparable accuracy and has more features. Please view attached pictures to compare specs and accuracy readings.

Great to test actual voltage of the cables or connectors.
Had issues with some of my electronics usb outlets.Needed a inexpensive and simple device It displays volts, amps, milliamp-hours, and elapsed charge time all on one screen. You store the readings. If you got a faulty cable this device will show its actual real time readings.Over all a fast way to trouble shoot usb cables and connectors.Only downside its screen is very small but the readings are clear and easy to read.

An Impressive and Accurate, Must Have Tool!
This Simple and Logical to use, brilliant bit of kit, allows you to check and confirm the output values (Voltage, Current, Capacity, Energy and Resistance) of USB A and USB C charging ports, whether that be USB Wall Sockets, USB Chargers or Battery Power Banks. The ET920 unit is a little smaller than I expected, being slightly smaller than a Credit Card and if it were just a cm or two longer and wider, it would be ideal but it's not the end of the world. The unit is robustly made, the screen is well lit and all data is clearly legible and accurate, albeit some a tad small. The attached input cables are a little stiff and if the USB Socket is 'the wrong way up' (if that makes sense), you have to twist the cable to be able to view the screen but I'd rather that, than suffer flimsy cables and the pluses outweigh the negatives. It does have its limitations, in that firstly, you cannot cross the cables i.e. USB A Input must be used with USB A Output (not USB C). Secondly and this could be a Major Issue for some users, if the Input Charge stops, due to, for example, a low input voltage value, which would happen if the device attached to the output port has become fully charged, the displayed values are NOT stored on the device and are therefore lost. Conclusion: To date, I'm impresses and Well Pleased with my purchase. It could be better but..... I'll update this review if necessary but to date, Highly Recommended!

Very useful indeed
This unit is really helping me to troubleshoot an intermittent iPhone charging issue (which Apple tech support were unable to solve); being able to check charging voltage and current in real time has allowed me to see when the phone is not charging properly. Reading some of the negative reviews complaining about the unit not working on USB C, I think it should have a higher overall star rating; the manual clearly states that for the unit to work when using USB C it has to be connected to a downstream device. I suspect this may be a case of some reviewers criticising the product without having read the manual. It gets a very definite 5* rating from me.
