It flaps as intended
I am glad that they still sell this flapper since the newer universal Korky 2023 leaked with my toilet. My Toto toilet tank (ST753) was not listed on the back of the card so needed to count links on the old to move the hook to the proper position on the new chain. 17 in my case. Otherwise this is a great replacement for the old THU138S. Note that these are no longer stamped Toto as shown in some pictures but instead are now stamped Korky.

Good replacement for original.
Fits well. I have used this product before.

FITS my Toto ST743s FIXED Tank leakage!
This is almost the same 3" design as the OEM Toto flapper made by Korky. It has 1 hole on the underside balls side that helps drops it quickly for a intentional quick partial flush option. This is the 2nd time replacing it in 8 years, it's short lifespan is probably due to the chlorine in the water where I live. The 1st replacement after 4 years was a multi-hole adjustable Korky 3"Universal that could be configured to replicate a 1 hole unit, it worked fine but also only lasted 4 years. The OEM Toto by Korky flapper on the same model ST734s Toto in the guest bathroom that is used infrequently has lasted for eight years. More flushing=shorter lifespan, not just length of time in service!

Does the job
This is a simple replacement and the Korky does the job. I have used Korky products for cheap replacement fixes on Toto toilets and they always seem to solve the problem.

Most amazing product I’ve ever had. It saved my life!
It’s a toilet flap. What can you say? Used on our Toto Drakes from mid 2010s. Never seem to last long enough, but anything that requires me to reach into the back of the toilet I’m instantly perturbed with anyway. Guilt by association.

Perfect for TOTO CST 854!
I have one of those horrible TOTO toilets (model # CST 854) and the ring on the flapper (for the chain) recently ripped, making it unusable. Over the years I've learned that, among its many other faults, it can be hard to find a flapper that fits this toilet properly. Most of the "universal" flappers claim to fit this toilet (as it is the "standard" 3" size) but something I always have to relearn every time I replace the flapper is that while they might fit it, they DO NOT SEAL. I recently wasted $12 and way too much time re-learning this lesson with theKorky 3060BP Universal Toilet Flapper Replaces Most 3-Inch Flappers - Long Lasting Rubber - Easy to Install - Made in USA . This was actually the flapper that Korky's website recommended for my model (hopefully they've changed this). Instead of wasting my time using their stupid replacement part locator database (which was totally WRONG) I wish I'd just come to Amazon in the first place because I was able to find the right flapper way faster by searching the reviews and community questions (just search the reviews for your model #). BTW I didn't know I had the wrong flapper right away. What drives me crazy is the universal flappers will fit, but you need to make sure they actually SEAL. I'm sure this is a no-brainer for people that are familiar with fixing toilets, but if you just replaced your flapper and the toilet keeps running (i.e. you keep hearing the water pipes randomly turning on for seemingly no reason throughout the day), it probably means the flapper isn't sealing. You can find out for sure whether it's sealing by opening the tank. Make a note of exactly where the water goes up to. Then turn off the water to the toilet. If the tank slowly drains, that means the flapper isn't sealing. Like I said, this is probably a no-brainer for many people but I actually paid a plumber over a $100 one time to fix my "randomly running" toilet due this stupid flapper issue years ago--only I didn't know it was the flapper I'd just replaced (I realize now all he did was buy a new one!). Oh also, this particular flapper comes with a short chain (probably only half the length of that other Korky flapper I bought). It worked out perfectly for me, but you might want to hold onto your old chain until you know for sure you don't need it. Another thing is, I ordered this on Friday afternoon and it arrived around noon on Sunday, so while it's not as fast as running out to Home Depot, at least I knew for sure I was getting the right part!

Korky flapper IS and IS NOT a direct replacement for Toto
Purchased this Korky flapper for the G-Max based on reviews of this particular product by you reviewers. Again, based on the reviews I thought I'd order the Korky since it was 1/2 the price of the OEM. I ordered qty 3 the flappers yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to receive them today - that was FAST! Note: the product packaging says TOTO on it and the flapper itself has TOTO stamped on the top side. I've replace all 8 of our apartments toilets with the Toto Drake CT743. Great toilet and basically FREE after the rebate. I installed (3) Toto's in 2004, (2) in 2005, (1) in 2007, (1) in 2008 and the 8th one last year 2013. Since their installation I have not needed to replace any of the 8 flappers until today. During an inspection of all 8 units it was found that two of the Toto's flappers were leaking and in need of replacement. One of the Toto's was from 2005, the other from 2008. The first flapper I replaced was from the 2005 installation. I was surprised to see that the Korky was EXACTLY THE SAME in looks, design and thickness as the one I removed. Suffice to say I was estatic that I received an OEM for 1/2 the price! BUT when I replaced the 2nd flapper from the 2008 installation I saw a VERY NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE. The circular part of the flapper was 3x's thicker and 1/4" larger. The peculiar thing is that I just checked the TOTO in my own home that was installed also in 2008 and it's flapper is the EXACT same as the Korky. So bottom line, I don't know what to think.... I guess I'm going to check the other 6 Toto's at our apt building and see what type of flapper they have whether they're the thicker one or the one that's like the Korky. I'd like to see which flapper the (3) 2004 installed Toto's have. The OEM Toto flapper for the G-Max is THU175s, but there's a newer model out which is the "THU331S"

It fit and it works. Korky is worth the extra couple of bucks to know that it is going to work.
Perfect replacement for my Toto toilet. Installed in seconds, perfect seal, zero complaints. I have also used the Korky adjustable flush/floater kit, as well as the foam and rubber replacement for the wax ring (amazing!) and all items have worked first time every time and have not failed. Spend the extra few dollars on a Korky product and be done with that toilet project/issue once and for all.

Design Flaw
I ordered this Korky item as a replacement flapper for my TOTO CST604CEFG toilet. It fit nicely and seals as it should, so I was pleased with the product. However 23 months later it stopped working when the metal loop attaching it to the blue tab wore through the tab making in non functional. Examination of the loop shows the metal was cut at an angle at one end leaving a very sharp surface which cut through the tab in 23 months -and that in a one person household yet. Items like this should last many years. If you order this item, I would send it back if the two ends of the metal loop are not cut straight. This is a design/manufacturing flaw that should be corrected. I ordered another one now as a replacement. There is away to save this item if this happens to you. Push a small nail through the second nearby blue tab to make hole and insert a stainless steel piece of wire through it. I used one of those X-shaped loops found in packaging dress shirts which works well when you insert the loop at the end of the chain into it and then twist to keep it locked. Hopefully I'll get many more years from it, but you should not have to do this. Even though it works well, I'm downgrading it to one star for this fault.

Just the flapper I needed
Our toilet flapper has been leaking for a while, so I finally got around to tackling it. Took a bit of figuring out which one i needed, and couldn't find the right one in any of the big box DIY stores locally. Searched on amazon and found the exact right part so ordered it. Arrived next day, and was easy to replace/fit. All done in about 30 minutes. Good quality and was the exact same as the flapper that failed. Hopefully this one lasts as long! The old one has just perished a little around the edges after about 20 years of perfect service.

stopped the leaking toilet tank
The product took some time to physically adjust to being in the water so did not seal the outlet immediately. When it did adjust, it worked as intended and prevented water draining from the toilet tank. Negatively, it seemed quite expensive for a small amount of rubber.
