Move along..

This thing is always leaving the toilet running. It makes something (some kind of rubber flap inside the tank) stay open and the water constantly runs if I don’t physically pull up on the handle after flushing. Easy for me to remember to do that but I also have 3 kids that obviously don’t always remember to. It looks nice but you get what you pay for here.

Sloppy!

There is an inner piece that the handle pivots inside of. That piece has a lot of play and makes the handle very loose/sloppy. I tried fixing it, and you can’t without breaking it. It functions, but makes our toilet look/feel cheap. I wish I would have bought something else.

Nice for short time

The oiled brmonze lever looks great and matches my redecorated bathroom, but after 2 month the attachment echanism became rough and started hanging up, resulting in a toilet the ran all night and a huge water bill. No way to fix it. I had to purchase a entire new device.

This lever was no good for my toilet

I should have read reviews before buying. As others here have stated. Unless this is for a flat front toilet Installation this lever will not work. My Toilet lever is kinda on the side, and a slight angle. This lever was no good for my toilet. Had to get a refund.

Poor engineering on something so simple.

Garbage! Do not purchase. I have a typical toilet with the cheap plastic lever and wanted to upgrade to a handle that matches the faucet. Well, the handle has a square receiver that fit nicely into the porcelain toilet just like the plastic one I had, BUT ONLY AT A WEIRD STUPID ANGLE. There's no way to rotate the square handle receiver to have the handle at a normal angle making it useless... Into the garbage or went.
