Great except for installation
This is our second Leifheit storage product. Loved the first one and when it was time to get a new one, I just ordered the newer version of what we had. Once it’s on the wall, it’s fantastic and I love it. Just loses one star for installation because that was a pain in the butt. The screw holes are not in a very convenient place. But other than that, it’s great!

Love this but frustrating
Gave it four starts on sturdiness bc the first one did break but I liked it so much I bought another one. I use the heck out of it and get alot of compliments. Edit to say my second one broke in the same spot so we are losing another star on sturdiness. Disappointed. I’m buying another one but I think I’ll go with a different brand this time so I’m not buying one every 6-12 months

Certainly not a new product!!
I am replacing the exact one I have had for a few years due to a broken cutter. This product is obviously a return due to the beat-up box with label removed from front and side of box. It is missing the paper towel holder. Thankfully was able to remove the one from our older one we had and install on this one. Only gave 3 stars due to the fact I purchased a new roll holder and this box should have been checked for all pieces before sending to another customer.

Not a bad product. Has some design flaws to be aware of.
As other reviewers state, this will not hold the CostCo sized foil or wrap rolls. It just won't. Works well for standard sizes though. The paper towel portion is adjustable and I can put an oversized roll in it with no issue. I put mine on magnets and have it on the front of the fridge and I'm satisfied with it. The "spice rack" on top is pretty much useless for me, however. The lip to create a bit of a shelf is not deep enough for me to trust much of anything on for as narrow as the surface is. Would be okay I guess if I'd actually mounted it to the wall; but, would still only likely accommodate small bottles of spices and only 4 or 5 if that. Usage tip: mount it however you intend to mount it before trying to put anything in it. This may sound obvious, but since I was putting mine on the fridge, I mistakenly thought loading it before I put it up would be a smart thing to do. Nope. The openings at the back are large enough for the rolls to fall out of. Learn from my dumbness and don't bother loading it until you've put it up. Also pay attention to the product picture for guidance on which slot to pull the foil or wrap through - it doesn't work right if you use the wrong hole. ;).

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I read the reviews and thought for the money... I'd give it a shot! Well... I actually used industrial strength velcro and hung it on the inside of my pantry door (where I could not use screws). Super easy to install... The foil and plastic wrap easy to place in the unit. They glide out easy and cutting is a dream with the little slide cutter! The paper towel holder on the bottom is just a bonus! I LOVE it! Well made and definitely worth the money! Keeps everything organized and out of sight. Perfect!

Fits Costco paper towel
The media could not be loaded. Works like a dream! I only Buy Kirkland brand paper towels (Costco) and bought a different paper towel holder which did not fit the paper towel as it was way too big, so there went $40 down the drain! So I bought this one instead and was reassured by other Amazon reviewers that it would work and lo and behold it does. So I've included video for those of you who have questions about whether it will fit. It is sturdy on my wall, the cutter sometimes has a problem cutting the aluminum or plastic wrap ( has to go over it a few times) but it's not a deal breaker. All in all I love this product I would definitely recommend it to others!!

My only complaint is that the 2 guide tabs for the plastic wrap will sometimes stick to the plastic wrap and rip the rap as I pull it out. Otherwise, looks and works well.

A wonderful purchase! I have been using this for for almost a year, after seeing many households in Germany with a similar product. This was incredibly easy to install, and. even though it is white, it looks modern but not cheap. It is very durable, and the cutter knobs are solid and slide so smoothly. One needs to apply gentle pressure to ensure a through and through cut. The cut is clean and precise. The dispenser could not be easier to fill, no threading really required, nust let a bit hang out of your roll and snap the cover over. Cover snaps off with ease, yet it stay on securely. Plastic wrap, once you get half way through a roll, may not want to come out easily, but that is true with many dispensers, even the cartons. It is not a dispenser malfunction, but a issue of static. I stuff a dampened kleenex inside the roll itself to reduce the static. Moistening the kleenex every so often has always worked for me! I use the extra shelf on top to store a box of wax paper. This is extra shelf is areal bonus, folks! I am thoroughl enjoying using this dispenser and have had many people inquire about it. A quality product which I would recommend.
