Nice quality, but you may want to size up
I didn’t see a maternity-specific size chart for Leonisa shapewear, so I used the size chart provided to order a medium based on my pre-pregnancy measurements (28” waist, 41” hip). I typically wear a medium in Motherhood, Old Navy, Gap, and Loft maternity clothes. When these first arrived, they were pretty tight, but workable. I was desperate for something to wear under a bodycon dress on the day these arrived, so I kept them rather than go through the exchange process. First, I will say that I really like the quality. I’ve tried similar maternity shapewear styles from Spanx, Franato, Motherhood, and Bellevation...these are, by far, the highest quality of all the brands I’ve tried. I was skeptical that the stretchy mesh netting material that covers the belly and cheek areas would hold up, but it has endured several washes and wears without any damage. These also provide awesome support right under my bump and through my lower back. In that regard, these are my favorite over all the other brands I’ve tried. Most of the drawbacks I have found with these are probably related to the fact that I need a larger size. For me, the leg openings tend to roll up my squishy thighs, and I hate having to tug and smooth them down every time I stand up. I also find that the binding around my rib cage rolls down, digs in, and creates a backfat roll below my bra that is both hideous and extremely uncomfortable. I am constantly have to pull and adjust, and by the end of a full day in these, I’m absolutely miserable. Again, these issues are probably not faults in the garmet itself...they were borderline too small for me when I first purchased them, and I’m sure I have gained at least 10-15lbs since the first time I wore them. I just re-ordered in a large, so we’ll see if that helps at all. There is one design issue for those of us whose buns are not quite as toned as we might wish they were...the stretchy net material that covers the backside does not provide any compression (unlike other brands). For me, that means that my rearview is not quite as smooth as it could be, and there is more jiggle than I’d like, especially under form-fitting dresses made of thin material. This isn’t as problematic under looser dresses or dresses made if thicker fabric. But, this “flaw” may be a cool feature for women who like a booty-maximizing undergarmet. I, personally, benefit from a little more lift and hold back in that area. All in all, if you get the right size, I think this is one of the best maternity shapewear options on the market. It would be nice if the seller would provide a little more guidance to pregnant ladies whose bodies are changing rapidly since we can’t try them on before purchasing. I personally don’t find height and weight references helpful (since we all differ in body composition), but in case it assists someone else, I’m 5’9” and started this pregnancy at 150-155lbs (size 6-8). At 24 weeks, I’m now nearly 180lbs and still wearing mostly mediums (and some larges) in maternity clothes. This particular medium has become unbareably small for me. We’ll see if a large is better.

Overpriced garbage
This does absolutely nothing to help round out or support my bump! And for the price I was expecting great results. I have some loose skin from previous pregnancies that I was hoping this would be able to hold up until my bump got bigger but these shorts did nothing. I bought a $20 pair of off brand maternity shaper shorts 3 years ago that still work a million times better than these. If you're looking to overpay for a pair of slip shorts with absolutely no support or smoothing than these are for you, but if you want support for your growing bump than go with literally any other maternity shaper shorts here on Amazon and pay half as much.

Material is rough
I loved everything about it except the fact that it was itchy on my stomach area. The material is a little rough so I would wear a tank top under to avoid the skin touching the material directly. Other than that it helps me carry the extra pregnancy weight.

Get it sis!!!!!! Pregnancy is already stressful, this is 1.less.thing to worry about
I bought this because I'm on child #2 and had some leftover rolls from baby #1. Needless to say every thing I was putting on wasn't giving me a smooth finish UNTIL I purchased this lifesaver to wear under my outfit for a wedding. Comfortable, jeez I forgot I was wearing tights, it stretchs and contours my body perfectly. It was one with my skin. So it became my go to, my frens even noticed a nicer shaped backside so thats a plus plus. And it had increase my confidence and perception of how I look carrying.

Bad lines on thighs, doesn’t appear seamless
This was my first time trying on maternity shapewear. I will say, the design was very comfortable, however, I think the comfort resulted in a less than smooth appearance. The sheer portion over the butt cheeks likely makes the item more breathable, but it also doesn’t fully smooth the butt or slim it as much as I would have liked. The main reason for 3 stars is that these are supposed to be seamless, but no matter what I tried, you could see the seams on the front and back of my thighs in almost every one of my dresses. I bought these mostly for my fitted/body con dresses and absolutely hate the double “seamless” line. I even sized up a little based on reviews. I was a size 4 prior to pregnancy, currently 145 pounds and 27 weeks. I got a medium.

Very comfortable and Supportive
This is the best maternity support shaper I've tried so far for maternity purposes. I'm 5 going on 6 months pregnant and my stomach has been become lately very burdensome and felt like I had to hold it up for support. This supports my stomach, is very stretchy and breathable and comfortable.I haven’t had any issues with the top rolling or any issues with tearing in the stomach or butt area that has the soft mesh area for expansion. I actually love mine. I'm about to order another so I can wear them regularly up until my due date. I usually wear size 10/12 and ordered a large that works well for me.

it is stretchy and comfortable on belly but does nothing for chaffing
The good: really soft and confy on the tummy. Baby does not feel too squeezed and I can breathe. That said, it is not really a shaper. My maternity compression nylons are tighter on the waist area. But I don't really need tummy shaping. My upper body looks fine, normal pregnant appearance, apart from belly and chest size increase, not much changed. The bad: since pregnancy my thighs became almost 2X larger than they were before. I went from ~38cm to ~65cm and my thighs continue to expand throughout the day (to about 70cm), recovering a little in the morning. After two hours in AM, they start rubbing against each other and it is very uncomfortable. So I thought the Leonisa short will help mainly with this issue, but it doesn't. The legs just ride up the thighs after it stretches a bit from normal wear. But I might have gotten the wrong size? They feel too big, as the tummy part gets a bit baggy after wearing them, and the legs just won't stay put! hard to tell honestly the thigh measurements were not available. Despite big thighs, I have narrow hips, and my tummy is not proportionally as large as my thighs; so... don't know. Tough fit for a woman like me who is mostly bottom weight... I go a size larger, and my belly will swim in it.

Great product!
Love these. I’ve always struggles with my weight and feeling like I actually look pregnant while pregnant. This make my bump lift a little to make me look round, not frumpy. THESE ARE NOT SPANX- this won’t suck you in but will smooth you out. There is a little lift under the belly but nothing like tight shape wear.

Not as expected
I don’t feel the nude is anything like the picture I wish I had purchased the black . I am very disappointed as I though it was be similar to the picture. I needed to wear under my dress for my baby-shower but this colour will not work :(

Quite light, fits like a shaper
It very lightweight and doesn't feel stuffy. Light enough to wear for hours even during the uncomfortable third trimester. The support feels good too. I personally wouldn't be able to wear it for an entire day though. If you are used to wearing shape wears regularly, it might be more comfortable for you for longer time. Overall I'd recommend for when you want to dress up in pregnancy and need seamless support (no need for a pregnancy band).
