Excellent low-back solution for plus size girls
SIZE BRA: 44DDD. SIZE CLOTHES: 22/3x BODY TYPE: Hourglass with a tummy. INTENDED PURPOSE: I got a large tattoo right at my bra line and I can’t really have any pressure on it while it heals for a few weeks (it would also be painful). COMPATIBILITY WITH MY BRA: I wear lightly lined, 360 back-smoothing t-shirt bras from Torrid that have 5 rows of snaps (I will wear these bras as long as they make them). Since this converter has 3 snaps that connect to your bra, I knew 2 snaps on my bra would not be connected to the converter. I attached the converter to the top 3 snaps on my bra. This has resulted in 2 tiny, “unsnapped” pieces of bra. (You could attach the 3 snaps to the middle of the 5 also, but I thought this might result in more bumps). If your shirt is tight, you would see the inspapped part. Any shirt that isn’t skintight though, they are pretty well hidden. I am considering getting a second band to take care of the remaining 2 snaps, but it isn’t bothering me too much, and I am usually someone who likes “clean lines” for her curves. It’s winter now as I write this, so it’s easier to hide with sweaters as opposed to thin t-shirts. SUPPORT: My bras give me an excellent amount of support already and are very comfortable, and my tata theme song is “swing low, sweet chariot,” -this should give you a good idea of what I’m working with-no natural perkiness. I will say the band going lower on my back due to the converter might lower my tatas about an 1/8th of an inch -no one else will likely notice this, but you might if you are similar to me in size/bra type. I should add that if you have a low back dress and need a sexy/perky tata solution, a good push-up bra would likely solve the slight lack-of-support problem. COMFORT: I was surprised that the band was comfortable in between my love handles (yes, I’m saying it. It’s a PLUS SIZE bra converter). I thought it would feel tight around, but I am fine (I’m also not a delicate flower). Someone 46 bra line or larger may be slightly uncomfortable but with some concentration, it would not be impossible to fit around you. In addition, the band in the front tends to slide up under my bra near the underwire anyway, which is fine with me because then I don’t have an indentation of an elastic band in the middle of my stomach (another concern I had). CONCLUSION: I know it’s a lot to write for a relatively cheap bra solution, but I will recommend it for someone with a similar bust size or back issue. I am now excited to have the option of wearing sexy low-back shirts and dresses -types of clothing that have not been available to me before because I NEED A BRA! I just think this thing is great :)

The Real OG! Highly Recommended!
Get it, as a plus size apple shaped, 5'4", 53" bust, 42H cup, 44"waist and a 52" hip. I can't recommend this enough. I have tried the Lane Bryant Multi Way Boosted Strapless bra not backless or frontless, Misses Kisses frontless backless strapless Bra (even had two consultations with customer service.),its expensive and not for everyone. I tried that sticky hand backless strapless bra with the shoelace in the front that only gives you cleavage but no support definitely not frontless. This is the better/affordable option for a backless look, I did buy a cheaper version of this product and it failed miserably. I included a picture comparing the cheap knock off option and the Maidenform one.

Didn't work for me, but...
I think that these are a wonderful idea and will definitely work for some. Unfortunately, they did not work for me. I'm a 38D with a short torsoed hourglass shape, and feel that that could be why they didn't fit me properly. I like the concept though, and maybe on someone with a longer torso they will fit correctly.

I had to laugh at myself
Not sure why I thought this was a good idea. Maybe for smaller breasts but it’s not realistic alternative to not showing your bra. Maybe just try a different shirt lol

Good addition to your bras
This is very helpful for those low back summer styles

What is the point?
I guess I should have noticed from this image that it does … almost nothing. This bra does not sit much lower on the model than it would have set without it. It gives you a couple of inches but only over the spine area. What’s the chance that’s exactly what you need? Also, now that I’m looking at it, she’s not wearing a normal bra in her size because the sides of her own bra are not long enough to close on their own. Bras don’t look like that. It looks more like they doctored one for the picture…

Works like it’s supposed to
It did the job I needed it to do and it was only for one night but I’m glad it’s not a daily thing. I will use it for a particular dress and I’m glad to have it. The only problem I had with it was it was a bit too big around the waist but I made it work for me.

Uncomfortable
It fits. It could do the job.....sadly I cannot tolerate the scratchy end tabs poking me. I am trying to figure out a way to cover them.

Not really much good
Trying to find an option for my low back bridesmaid dress and was told about these strap converters. Ordered this one as it's the only wider strap one I could find (My bras have 4 hooks). I had read the reviews and saw they were mixed opinions - some saying it's really good - other's saying it was too long. I decided to try it for myself anyway as it wasn't too expensive. It came today, I tried it on all the tightest settings and it's just not tight enough. If I pulled it tighter I got around another 2 inches extra. Even then, I thought ok well I could try and shorten it myself - however the issue for me was that the centre of my bra at the front felt loose, it did not sit securely and flat against my skin using this so did not feel supported underneath, only just from my straps. (I'm a size 12 & 34DD bust). So it's back to the drawing board. I may have to just get the back of the dress altered because it's becoming a nightmare to find anything!

Brilliant solution for all who find back fastenings difficult.
I find it difficult with the arthritis to do up my bras at the back. This is a brilliant solution and works very well as it does up at the front. I was worried that the elastic would not be wide enough to support my D cup bosom but it seems to support very well, even allowing me to slightly tighten the shoulder straps which is an advantage. I have recommended them to my sister and would to anyone who finds back fastenings difficult.... you need this width of elastic though, don’t go for the narrower ones if you are over an a cup size.

Not really one size fits all
If you are a plus size and I mean a bigger plus size this will not fit or will be very tight and uncomfortable and dig into you… I had to add a bra extensor I had to it to clip it and it was quite tight

Not for average figures!
No where in the destination does it state that this item is suitable for a particular size or shape. I assumed that without that detail it was an average fit. The strap is not an average fit even on the tightest strap adjustment. It far exceeds average fit and needs to be stated within the description. Anyone can make this for themselves at home if they have access to large fabric stores. Fabricland or Joanns fabric and tailor it accordingly.
