Feels nice
I have a 'dirty' shoulder that may need surgery and has a lot of scar tissue built up inside. The smaller ball rollers don't get in to the shoulder blade enough. This is a good size. The 'nubs' could be a little bigger and softer so one could really push into it or use without clothing. I can't use it on my feet without thick socks because it tickles and on the shoulder it kind of hurts because they are small and very hard but over all it feels nice. I actually lost it (or it was stolen by the dog) and I'm considering getting another one if that says anything about how it feels.

Decent
Good size. Nice firmness. Described well and picture is what you get. Using for bottom of foot mainly due to nerve damage from a severe leg break. These work well for that and for general sore feet. The spikes may be to plentiful and a little to stiff for some and it is not as nice as the one they have at my PT, but I can't find one like it. I do recommend the Due North Foot Rubz http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BXAM6S0/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_6 that i also got.

Very, very firm
Had to return these balls, they were just too firm/hard to use comfortably. I like a lot of pressure with my massages but using these were painful. Even when stepping in one with my heel, there was very little give. Couldn’t use to do any body rolling because it was so stiff.

It works well for back pain radiating from a specific point
you have to hit the spot just right but it does provide relief. Small enough to travel with. Unlike picture, this is 1 ball, not 2.

this little ball is the best thing to have in your home. I have pain in my arm and lower back, with muscle knots. I have been using this ball for months. My husband uses it on my legs, back and feet each night. Talk about something that will relax you in a minute, it does. When my arm gets to hurting, I use it there and makes it feel better. I would advise everyone that needs something for pain, and be able to relax to get this little ball. Your life will change greatly.

I would like to find some 3.5" inflated silicon soft massage balls for hand exercise and the same in 5" for back massage......soft seems to be missing...

stays in my car!!
Had another ball and gave it to a friend... this one is my replacement.... the size is perfect!! 3-4" hold in your hand and roll across your neck, head, shoulder.... press against it for trigger points.... GREAT!

Received this red pediatric ball; and started using it right away: I uses this every day for 15 minutes: I love using this is massage ball; if you get this get this one the big red one giant one it works wonders for the foot has little acupuncture's on it when you roll it around after 15 minutes each day; its really good on the feet; at all I saw I say this one it's the best the best for the money

works out the kinks!
would be 5 stars if was a little cheaper, but the product is good. It's a firm ball, so doesn't get smushed up like some others I have tried. I think the size is ideal for getting spots on the back, hips, legs and feet. I'm enjoying it! It's a little addictive once you get going!

I have a smaller version of this ball and it's a different material and much more comfortable to use. This one is made of hard plastic.

Releases muscle tightness!
I have sciatica fairly bad. When I go a few days without exercise my muscles cease and tighten. When I take even just 5 minutes to use this ball on my piriformus and glute muscles it relieves so much pain. I use it on my back, hamstrings, glutes, quads.. anywhere really where I feel tightness and pain. It hurts, but it works! I can't live without it. However, there are a few massage balls where the bumps are not as stiff or as pointy that don't hurt quite as much as this one. I travel with it because I can use it on the plane sitting in my chair, roll on it in parks, or at the gym, my hotel room etc…

A must buy for fitness enthusiasts.
This works so very well. I use it for spot massaging along my forearm and elbow after lifting weights and it helps release all the tension and agitated muscles. Love this little ball.
