Made a miserable task MUCH easier

After searching for wheels to replace the ones on my utility cart and not finding ANY that would fit (shaft was too long on all the ones I tried), I ended up buying new inner tubes instead…which meant I had to take the current tires off the rims. Ugh. I’ve used multiple screwdrivers in the past to do this, and while I always eventually pried the tire off, it was always a major struggle. I would end up bending the rims in several places and wishing I had at least one more hand. This kit made the task MUCH easier and cut the process time in half. I was very impressed with how sturdy the tire spoons were, and the rim guards were very easy to use. Overall, this kit was worth every penny, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is having to remove a tire from a rim.

Awesome spoons, protectors suck

I've never changed a motorcycle tire before but the spoons made it pretty easy. Ive yet to be able to bend one and trust me I was definitely using it beyond its rated strength. That being said this is for a 2006 Vulcan that I basically got for free, so putting some tiny nicks in the rims wasn't really a concern for me. But I have no idea how you would even try to use these protectors. If you care about your bike that much just pay somebody else to do it. But if you're just trying to ride a bike you keep outside uncovered and be a cheapskate like me then these are definitely worth it.

Worked perfectly

I've used a handful of screw drivers in the past but decided to give these a try. They work beautiful! Make changing a old motorcycle tire a breeze.

Nice and heavily built for my 4" ebike tires. Longer ones would be more efficient, but these fit in my panniers.

Good value, but the rim guards are useless.

This tire spoon set is a good value for your money. The spoons are a decent length and the angle works well for motorcycle tires. The kit also includes a valve core tool and a few cores. The rim guards end up getting in the way and I wouldn't really use them for most tire changes, unless I had a delicate wheel. Overall its a great value, but the rim guards are more trouble then they are really worth.

Nice to have 3 irons, takes a bit of figuring to position 14" irons, but for modern MC tires the added leverage is sweet. The rim protecters work early on but too thick for the last half of the tire IMO.

I honestly thought these were going to break when they were required to to the amount of heavy work they had to do with a very difficult tire, but they worked great! This gets a 2 thumbs up.

Great value for the money! Did the job!

I bought this set to change the tires on a 2003 SV650S that I am restoring. It is a budget build so I am sparing EVERY expense! Using the three tire spoons, I was able to do every task needed to change the motorcycle tire including breaking the bead (using all three of the spoons at the same time) and removing the tire from the rim. I also put the new tire on using this. The rim guards are handy and work well. Very pleased with the purchase!
