Too heavy

Weighs like 10 lbs full of water. Gonna blow out an elbow trying to throw it more than 20 feet. Not gonna be a spiral either

There’s 0% chance this is genuine Nerf

This paint job is comically terrible and the tips of the ball are mis-shapen. It’s seriously a laughably horrible knockoff. Also, don’t fill it with water. You’re going to break someone’s nose or finger.

Heavier than other pool balls

We love playing football in the pool, just throwing it back and forth. This ball is a bit heavy when filled with water, so a little tough to throw for a long time. It’s a little too heavy for my little ones, so not as fun as I had hoped.

Too heavy as a water football

The main idea of this football is that it is "perfect" for pool play because it's water resistant and can be filled with water. The problem is that if you fill it with water it's too heavy to be practical for play. It's already difficult to move normally when you're in a pool- trying to throw an extra heavy football just doesn't make sense. You can fill the football with air. Since it's water resistant, that actually makes sense for pool use.

Kind of weird water ball

This ball is actually supposed to be inflated with water. I don’t know why but I didn’t realize that until I got it and read the inflation instructions. It’s kind of hard to “inflate” that way though. It comes with a nozzle that hooks to a water spout to fill the ball with water. I probably will just use with air.

Disappointing paint job for Nerf

This is a pretty cool idea to come with an accessory so it can be filled with either air or water. If you fill it with water it is very heavy so don’t hit anyone with it. It’s a pretty soft rubber and nice and grippy. Great for the beach. The only disappointing part was the paint job. For official Nerf brand I expected a bit more, it seems a little sloppy.

Solid, fun football. Durable..heavy when water filled

This is a good solid football for water fun. I did fill it with water to use in the pool. It was pretty easy to fill and it didn’t take long just a couple of things to note. I needed to use the spigot outside to attach the inflation valve and needle, because the inflation valve wouldn’t screw to any sinks inside my home. The needle was a little difficult to screw into the inflation valve so I shoved it into place, twisted and filled with water. Speaking of water, this ball is heavy when filled with water. Heads up. Overall, ????????

Air > water

This football has a novel idea, but I think it'll favor the novel-seeking interests of children more than the more traditional football preferences of older audiences. For this type of football to toss around and have fun with, I think I prefer air-filled or foam balls. I think this is a subjective thing, though, rather than a criticism of this product's quality, so I'll split the rating with Nerf/Franklin.
