My Favorite Pillow

I had one of these years ago I got from TJ Maxx. I needed to replace it and looked all over and finally found this one on Amazon. This is my favorite pillow you can remove filling but I leave it as is when sent, helps reduce my neck pain and headaches. Lots of other bamboo pillows out there but the As Seen On TV one it the way to go.

second time around

first pillow i ordered about two years ago was like heaven - this one may get to that stage - i've had to remove about 25% of the shredded foam so far - the pillow was like boulder-hard and wouldn't stay under my head at night like it had a mind of its own - probably will removing more foam in the near future - not there yet

Mine came with no tags so I didn't know I could customize the pillow by removing filling

I just got another one of these pillows at HomeGoods and it had a tag on it. The one I got from Amazon did not. Until I read the tag I didn't realize this is so firm because it is intended to be customized by the new owner after purchasing. After I removed a sizeable amount of the filling it is now my favorite pillow to use. I do own and have been using the other "my pillow" for about 6 years but for some reason they seem to be getting slimmer and have less filling over the years. Our first set that we purchase was nice and firm, and very full of filling. Not so much the new ones we got last year, and they are a lot more expensive than these Bamboo Miracle pillows. While on vacation in Florida in February we rented a house that has these Miracle Bamboo pillows and I fell in love with them. So I ordered one and I just found it to be too firm. I bought a second one last week and because it had a tag one it, I discovered I could remove some of the fill very easily and once I did, it is now perfect. I kept the filling in a plastic zip bag because I am sure as it ages I will need to add it back in to keep the firmness. I have to also mention that the zip bamboo cover is so soft and substantial, well worth the price just for that comfy cover. My friend recently asked me if it was "cooler" than other pillows, and I can't say that I find it any different as far as temperature when sleeping on it. But with the right amount of fill for me, side sleeping is now a dream, no pun intended.

Sturdy pillow that won’t lose its shape

This is a great pillow as long as you want a very sturdy pillow. It advertises that you can remove stuffing from the pillow to create a softer pillow, but I prefer the firmness as it came. It’s very supportive, but can feel a bit like a rock at first. After a few nights of adapting, it’s one of my favorite pillows ever.

Comfy and helps my neck injury

This was recommended to me by a friend. I have to be pretty picky about pillows due to an old neck injury. This pillow has not aggravated it and I think it supports my neck really well. It does need 'fluffing' every day as it get a bit squished up but it's soft and comfy. Pretty happy.

Extra firm and stinky, but great buy

I bought two queen sized pillows. These babies are much firmer than I expected. They arrived filled to the max and my fist wouldn't bounce back. Due to their 5 inch thickness and the firmness, my neck is too elevated if I sleep on the side or on my stomach. But, they are wonderful for back sleeping and neck pains. I'll remove some of the foam to soften them a little and it should do the trick. Little warning: they stink upon arrival and the scent will longer for a while. I tried sleeping on them the first day, but it was unbearable. So, I put them outside the next day to air them out and it helped, but you can still smell the foam a bit. It'll go away completely after a week or two.

These pillows used to be so good and now are C*AP

The Miracle Bamboo pillow used to be firm but now it is soft, doesn't hold its shape nor does it offer support. Took it apart to put the shredded foam into the old pillow and it's not even memory foam anymore just random foam bits. However, they are still charging the same amount for a cheaply made pillow that isn't any better than any cheap pillow you can find at Wal Mart (or similar). Don't waste your money...the old Miracle Bamboo pillow was amazing...very disappointed in the company.

I love this pillow

I am so happy with this pillow. You can kind of mold it into shapes, holds shapes and is still soft, not hard and bunched up. Doesn't heat up as I sleep and my head and neck feel very supported.
