The basket is sturdy
The basket should last and seems well-made after using it for several months. The handles came off both baskets in the first week and wouldn't stay back on. Hence the lower rating.

Not who they appear to be?
Lasts about 6 months. If you click on the "manufacturer" it will take you to "Seal-Rite". looks like an outlet for Chinese crap.

Exactly what I expected
This was to replace my skimmer basket that was 9 years old. Exactly what I needed.

They float if my filter isn’t on high
While they look almost exactly like my old ones that needed replaced, the metal handles aren’t as heavy so these will float out of place when my filter isn’t running. Annoying when the debris then floats

Cheap handles. Handles break and come out of plastic. I would not buy this product.
I only have Pentair equipment in my pool. Was replacing baskets and thought I was getting same Pentair curved handle. These are horrible do not buy.
