Build quality issues

This is a cheap wall mount and you get what you pay for. Its not hard wood, the cuts wont be exact and the wood will have many imperfections and the finish will be the same. BUT it does exactly what you need it to do and at the price you get what you pay for. If you just want a cheap clean looking cue rack then this is worth the buy

Very good Cue Rack

This cue rack is very good for the price......the only thing that wasn't perfect about it is that the felt lining on the insides of the holes is not glued on very well. I didn't feel they were necessary though so I just ripped them off anyway. The construction of everything else though is fantastic!

Product not as pictured

Potential buyers be advised: the rack currently being sold/shipped is NOT the rack shown in the photographs. There is no felt on either the upper or lower pieces and the cavities in the lower piece are of a totally different design. The rack I received recently had partial hemisphere divots on the lower rack, not the short cylinders shown in the photo. This may work for some folks, but it did not for me. I chose this more expensive rack over others specifically for the felt lining, so I quickly returned the rack for a refund when I saw the lack thereof and the differently shaped lower cavities. The finish on the item appeared nice, but the screws holding it together were loose and would have needed tightening before mounting. This still may be a nice cue rack for some folks, but it is no longer what is shown in the item listing.

Tried to cancel

The wall rack was fine but I had cancelled the order. It was sent anyway without any paperwork so I could return it. No return address and no receipt. Not happy at all!!!

Watch out!

This would have been a very nice product if it hadn't been damaged. I can understand things get damaged. But, in this case the item was cracked and you could see where someone used a paint stain over the original finish trying to disguise that damage. They didn't do a real good job. Another thing, I don;t understand why if they went to all that trouble to defraud us customers why did they use the original ripped packaging taped up. They also forgot to put in the wall anchors and screws. I don't know if was Bigflysports or Amazon who were responsible for this deception but this will definitely affect my purchases from Amazon in the future.
