Irregular Fit Creates Frequent Fussing. Meh.

Been buying Sure Fit covers for years now, always impressed with the quality, color, durability, washability, and ease of application. Until now....this lift chair cover is a huge disappointment. Initially it seemed ok. A bit large, but a wash and dry took care of that. Plenty of stretch, good color, fit fairly well. With use, this cover found disfavor. Too stretchy, it has to be frequently adjusted. It snags easily, leaving a bumpy unattractive surface. The elastic that hugs the edges of the chair (where the footrest sits when not engaged) comes loose constantly. It isn't a snug fit, allowing the cover on the chair sides to roll up and look wrinkled and ill fitted. This cover is not the usual quality put out by Sure Fit. While better than nothing, still disappointing.

Nice option

Got this for my in-laws fake leather power recliner chairs that are worn. These are bigger than we need so lots of extra fabric to tuck. I did have to order stays to keep them tucked in. Not a perfect fit, but better than they looked previously.

Great way to update the look and match your room!

I stumbled up on this somehow - but it is an amazing find. I've hated the color of the lift chair that was gifted to us for my Father In Law. We purchased new furniture and the hunter green just did not match the new livingroom furniture or color scheme. This cover has made it an accent color and I am very pleased.

Be sure to also buy the plastic guards

This is basically a fine product. The material is nice and soft. The cover fits well except on the side with the controller. It will not stay in place without the plastic inserts, which are sold separately.

Too large for my chair

The cover is for a much larger lift chair. I bought my chair off of Amazon. It was like the one in the photo for the cover. There must be a larger chair out now. I just have to continually tuck in the cover all the time. Its a pain!

Very messy looking..

This cover has to be the worst I've ever bought. It catches every bit of lint, hair, and cat hair. I have to clean it at least once a week. I bought the guards which keeps coming out, and I too have to keep tucking it in. When I put the remote for the chair in the side pocket, it droops to the floor, very messy looking. Do NOT recommend this for the price of over $120.00!!

The fit and staying its place.

It won’t stay in place and picks up threads, hair etc. so not very happy. Love the colour.
