Purchased this cover in 2014 and we are pleased with the overall performance. The material is heavy weight so we found no need for clips or straps to hold the cover in place. I am purchasing a second Smart Living cover to replace the current cover. The ultraviolet rays resulting from four years of sitting outside during the Virginia summers caused the fabric to deteriorate. We feel four years is a reasonable life expectancy for a patio furniture cover.

The cover seems to be a very good, heavy duty item. I would have preferred clips as opposed to Velcro straps which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I'm using is on a bistro table with 4 chairs. Consider using an inverted bucket on top of the table to help drain water off the center of the cover. It's help up to a strong wind so far (strong enough to move the table and chairs around.

Very big, which is what I needed

This is very big. It covers our table (36x72) and the 8 taller chairs that sit around it. There are 6 or so velcro straps that can be used to hold the cover down. The only drawback (which is to be expected with taller chairs) is that it sags over the table. I'll probably build a frame out of PVC piping to hold it up some so that water will run off, rather than pool on the cover. So far, very happy with this.

good quality

I purchased this as a replacement for another Two Dogs cover I bought 5 years ago. The cover isn't low cost, but ultimately you get what you pay for. I went back to Two Dogs because the cover I had from them had started go pull apart, but in its defense, it was 5 years old, in direct sunlight and since it is in use daily it had taken a beating from the Ohio Valley weather. My patio furniture still looks brand new and that's why I will continue to come back to this retailer!!

I LOVE this cover

I LOVE this cover. I bought it for a large outdoor sectional and thought it would be too small. I bunched up all of my furniture pieces into a rectangle and the cover fit. It has elastic at the bottom for a tight fit. Rain pools at the top but we just place some buckets in the middle to create an aframe so water runs off. Great for the price!

Not Impressive Enough

The velcro fasteners are cheap and a few didn't hold together during our first rain and windstorm of the fall season here in the Northeast. Deep puddles formed on the fabric between table and chairs during the somewhat heavy rain, causing an interesting dilemma. Thus I had grave doubts about outdoor resiliency for winter, so I opted not to use it for unprotected outside furniture storage at all. Had to resort to garage furniture storage - could have used a tarp for that. Defeated the whole purpose of my purchase. (I had hoped it would be like my 5-yr-old $30 grill cover made by Brinkworth that is incredibly resilient, & altho faded from sun, is still viable for outdoor protection all year round.That is the material Two Dog Designs should have used - even the velcro is superior.)

Cracks & rips easily in cold weather

Unfortunately the Velcro is not strong enough to hold up in the Windy City and the material cracks and rips easily after winter weather hits. Didn’t last as long as I had hoped but with a stitcher was able to band-aid it and make it go a little longer.
