Fair enough.

Purchased to finish the wood on a handmade guitar pedalboard. Despite sanding the wood thoroughly and the small size of this project, the foam applicator began to disintegrate within the first 5 minutes. I continued the task by squeezing the stain from the nozzle and applying with a small artist's paintbrush. Three coats of stain and clear glaze gave a nice finished result. The applicator tip needs improvement.

Must have for installation of kitchen.

I used this to stain trim while installing a kitchen. The color was a closet match for cherry grey AKA slate grey.

Nice product but hard to use

I did like the color of the product as well as the application in general, however it can be quite difficult to get the product out of the squeeze pen. You have to squeeze VERY hard to get it out. It works best to squeeze and dab hard and rub rather than squeeze and slide as suggested in the video. All in all, still usable but perhaps frustrating. Ive had to break my project up into smaller batches because it’s so time consuming and weary on the hand. However, there’s literally 0 mess which is great.

If it only works properly

Beautiful color but the applicator doesn't work at all. I had to cut it open and use a towel to apply.
