Awkward Assembly
The last time I got a rack like this the "pins" that hold the sections together were tapered so the tip went in easily until the wider bit caught and more or less locked it in place. In this one those same pieces are a uniform shape that barely fits in the opening, I actually split one of them by accident trying to get it in. It still works, and is a solid piece once put together, just be aware.

Great value, 16" on center, would buy again
The uprights are 16" on center, which is great for mounting, and the "pinned tenon joint" if that's the right word is a simple and effective way of joining this material which would not do well with threaded fasteners. I can't tell if it's a PVC type material or good old MDF, but it's pretty sound for what it is. The wall mounts seems to be sturdy enough, and with the nails they provide it actually feels really "clicked in place" when you hang it on the wall. The price is very right for this one, I would buy another of these if I needed it.

Arrived Broken Twice!
The first time it arrived, the wood piece was broken. The second time, the wooden pin were busted. I tried to do another replace, but I was not able to after two times. Look elsewhere.

Cheap construction for the cheapest price.
It's the cheapest price (product and shipping) and therefore the cheapest made. But it still cost more than it's worth I believe. It works for what it is intended for but I mean come on! It's four peices of wood fastend together with four wedge shaped peices of wood. Why does it cost so much?! OH, OH! You get two already fastened cheap hanger hooks as well! What is that? Like 10 dollars extra? I'm sure if you could make this on your own it would cost no more than the wood and the patience to do so. And you would do a better job. I don't have the tools to do so and therefore here I am reviewing this 'ok for what it is' product. It should at least have a better paint job and instructions for the snap together impaired. Though I had no problem putting it together but I had to look at the picture on Amazon to make sure I was using the correct cross piece on the top and at the bottom. HINT, the curved piece goes on top! So to wrap this up. Didn't come in a box (just wrapped in plastic and thrown into an Amazon shipper box). Didn't have a very good paint job. Didn't have any instructions. Didn't have to be so overpriced. So three stars because three means OK. Check out the pictures I added to see more!

Sink-or-Swim Assembly, but it Does the Job
This thing didn't include any bloody instructions! On that account, setup was a little weird- I didn't want to launch into it unguided, as it seemed like I could easily break this thing, but thankfully, the other reviews here helped. Turns out, you basically have to hammer the wooden pins into the holes on each cross-piece to get it to stick together. Once you get it together, it doesn't seem particularly sturdy, but I'm of the mind that it doesn't need to be to perform its job adequately. After all, it sees only slightly more action than the average framed picture at my home, and bears the weight of my five swords (more to be added) without complaint or failure. Perhaps a bit pricey for what you get, but it works.

Got two of them, painted and mounted, look and work great. Just need to fill them up. :-)
PRO: 1. Cut well, no odd cut marks, etc. 2. As described, and ready to assemble. 3. Hanging mounts already attached. 4. Printable. CON: 1. Particle board. Not solid wood, so be ready for that, and if you force these, they could break. 2. Two of the assembly pegs were dried out and crumbled apart, but I made some spares. 3. The pegs that did not crumble were really tight, so I had to sand them down a lot. OTHER: 1. Once painted, assembled, and mounted, they look great. 2. If you have the time and wood shop, you could make these yourself, but I'm just too busy. 3. Take you time, these are not super strong, so be careful.

Serves its purpose fine.
Very easy to assemble without instructions. Holes align fine, pegs fit snug. Used a hammer on a longer wooden piece on top of the peg to gently push in pegs. Yes, it's light particle board, but it will hold swords just fine as long as you don't slam them in or do something incompetent with it. The least expensive price I've found online at the time of purchase. The brands namings are different but the sword rack had the same model number as other stores.

Worth the money to me!
Despite reading it's not a solid wood piece, I decided to purchase anyway. If for no other reason it'll work for now, and I'll use it as a template for when I make my own out of a nice hardwood. That being said, I found that this is pretty nice looking the way it is, nice black paint, a bit loose feeling, but once it's hanging and all my swords are on it, it won't matter. Yes there's no building instructions, but it's pretty easy, I didn't have to do any modifications. As far as the wooden dowels, just get something with a flat tip, and a hammer. Put the beveled edge of the dowel into the hole first, then start gently hammering. I did it, no splitting of the wood, no problem.

This is not the quality of Amazon. ????????????
This production is not in the right size mentioned in the post and it is actually 6 cm shorter and when I wanted to return the seller made lots of problems and at the end said he is going to measure it himself. Measuring after sale???!!!!
