Great large wok for outdoor cooking.

Works great with my gas one heavy duty outdoor burner. This pan has a round bottom but does not move around on the burner. Be sure to burn off the black coating using high heat (outdoors only) This will smell really bad until the coating is completely gone. Then use flax oil to season. It is lightweight but durable. Handle will get quite hot so I use a towel to hold it. This wok will not work on a flat surface.

No more Chinese takeout

I bought this for my outdoor wok station. I added a walnut handle and I am cooking it up just like the restaurants. Make sure to wash well first and cure it outside on a grill or use a torch. After that it’s on, combo number 5 on they way.
