Finds studs in a problematic wall where most others couldn't.
My garage has mystery walls, with 5/8" drywall and "something else" that makes finding studs with most stud finders an impossible task. I have other stud finders with a "deep scan" mode, and they find studs without problems inside the house (which also uses 5/8" drywall), but fail miserably in the garage. The A100 works beautifully (in deep scan mode) and allowed me to find the exact placement of screws for heavy items.

Ended up not needing it
It looked fine but I ended up not needing it so I returned it. The one thing you should be aware of is that you will need to get batteries for this.

Great product
Great addition to my toolbox! Used couple of times to install wall anchors at home. Helped me to avoid drilling into electric wires once. Must have for home DIYers!

Impressed
I got this as a replacement for a wall scanner that just refused to work and have been happy with the results so far. Easy to use and learn, and so far has been totally accurate in finding wall studs.

So easy to use
This is the first stud finder I have ever used, so nothing to compare it to, but it is right on point. Really glad I choose this one. Worth every penny!!

This is my favorite scanner out there!
This is our second Zircon MultiScanner, the first one met an unfortunate end when the water supply line on an upstairs toilet started leaking overnight and flooded our garage where it was kept. We bought a different one thinking that "a scanner is a scanner, they should all work decent enough".... boy was a wrong. The new one (I think it was husky) was the worst scanner I've ever used! You couldn't tell exactly where wires our pipes were, it would alert you that something is in the vicinity, but it was near impossible to hone in on where they are... you might get electrocuted, but hey at least you can find a stud! Lol After we moved we immediately bought another Zircon. I will never use a different brand again. These things are accurate, intuitive, and very clear on where hidden things are located.

Power Button Must be Held In While In Use but Works Great
Initially I thought mine was broken because I would press the power button but it would shut off as soon as released. Surprising how long it took me to figure out that you are supposed to hold the power button in while in use. Constantly having to hold the power button in is inconvenient, but I guess that maximizes battery life. It's been pretty accurate for me on most of my interior walls (mostly drywall or wood). It seems accurate, but I've had a couple of false readings and had to go over a stud twice to locate it. But on simple drywall walls it works well. I would purchase it again.

Works very well, overpriced though. IMO
Glad i finally sprung for this after decades of knocking for studs, it works perfectly. That said I was QUITE disappointed when i saw this device at my local Home Hardware for SIGNIFICANTLY less (not a sale either). booo hiss.

Very bad product
This stud finder is advertised as new version or whatsoever, but it can't detect a simple stud, just a piece of crap.
