Really love this product
We have been using this product for more than 1 year now and love the flavor and how easy it is in terms of installation. Our apartment won't allow us to drill holes so under sink system is out of scope. Luckily we found this product which actually has NSF certifications to back up its claims, unlike many other products on Amazon. I have never had any leakages or issues with the units we owned and that is probably caused by improper installation. Overall, this is the item we keep buying and using and would highly recommend to our friends and families.

very good cost performance
for the cost, it works very well. the only downside for me was when. I tried to replace the filters, I couldn't get it open no matter how hard I tried so I had to order a whole new unit. that wasn't such a big deal because the price difference between replacement filters and a whole unit wasn't much. the downside though is that throwing away the old unit is not going to do anything towards helping cut down on waste.

Great...but
This does its job incredibly well. The water tastes markedly better. Additionally, watching the clear supply hose which goes to the filter over time turn a disgusting yellow while the return line remains crystal clear and transparent only serves to remind us of all of the chemicals that are being filtered out of our drinking water. Now granted...that likely means that we are avoiding the nefarious cocktail of chemicals which could transform our DNA and turn us into super heroes, as is the origin story of so many super heroes. And that kinda stinks because to date my only super hero power is to be able to stare down my dog, and frankly that's not that special, and I'm almost embarrassed to continue wearing this cape, but I digress. The water is fantastic, if not transformative. The 3 stars is only because the unit drips at the faucet. When the filter is engaged there is a small drip of the unfiltered water (yech) that steadily dribbles into your clean water stream. This is now our second unit that has done it, and on a second faucet - so all variables have been accounted for. And this happens no matter how tightly we crank it on, and I've used a pipe wrench. Now granted per above I am not reaaally a super hero, but a full grown man with a pipe wrench should be able to muster enough strength to set that tightly enough - even if my "Dog Starer Man" mask was causing slight distraction. End result is that you have to keep your finger under the faucet to divert the bad water from entering your good stream. Not a terrible deal when filling a mug, but a bit of a thing when you are filling a kettle and you have to stand there letting the pre filtered water trickle down your finger and off your wrist so that you don't get slowly poisoned by the disgusting, evil, nefarious, though potentially super hero inducing water. So IF they address this it would be a perfect score. And as it is I can still strongly recommend it to anyone out there who doesn't mind being a diverter for their filter. I gave it 3 stars because I can't imagine that most want to do that. I don't mind. Sacrifice is part of the gig...you know, being DOG STARER..er...Starerdowner??..DOG STAREDOWN MAAANN!! (...it's kinda still a work in progress)

A little slow to dispense. No biggie
(Updated 5/10/19) Time to change out filters on this countertop unit. But I have to say: I've been getting nearly weekly emails from this co. since my original purchase about a year ago. "Half off", or "Oops, we sent you a huge discount by mistake, but we'll still honor it" or "We've extended our discount for one more day"..etc..etc.. If you order direct from their website, its actually a few bucks more than through Amazon. I paid $64.71 originally through Amazon. If I follow the email spam for "half off", I'm directed to their website, where they show the original price at nearly double, and with the "half off" promo, it drops down to anywhere from $65 to $90 bucks! In fact, as of today, I can buy the exact same entire unit for $57.13, OR I can buy JUST the replacement filters for $59.99!? Huh?? I feel like Aquasana is more of a marketing company than a water filtration company. Which sucks, because I really like the unit I bought! The water tastes good, install was a breeze, but given all the "bait and switch" slick marketing campaigns going on, I'm much less confident! Why are your prices SO different? Why not just offer the same item at nearly the same price across all of your seller platforms? Give or take a few bucks. I understand that Amazon might take a cut of your sales, but ordering through your own website should be just a tad less expensive? It makes me think the focus is more on marketing and web clicks, and less on good quality products. Now, that said, should I buy 2 replacement filters for $59.99, or just toss my entire current unit, plastic housing, metal fittings and tubes in the trash and buy a whole new unit for $57.21? I'm not an extreme environmentalist, but this just seems silly!! Unit arrived on time, with my prime 2 day order. Everything was present, all parts accounted for. I had to buy an adaptor from home depot, for about 8 bucks (It's the taller chrome one on the right) , as the 2 they included were not long enough to fit in my faucet. No big deal there. Install was a breeze, once I got everything tightened down, using a bit of Teflon tape. Ran for 10 minutes as instructed. After that, just good clean water. Vegas tap water has some funky taste, but this definitely passed my taste test. Almost like soft water. Only thing is, it flows slow. Not a HUGE deal, but worth noting. I timed 2 minutes to fill a 3qt container. My workaround for that is, I spent several minutes filling up my 5 gal upside-down water jugs, and placed them on my dispenser. As my pic depicts, I zip tied the tubes along the faucet so I have full swivel ability, and no kinks. Last noteworthy thing, I emailed the company to inquire how many gallons do they recommend before changing out the filters. 2 days later, I have not gotten a response. (Week days) After actually reading thru the pamphlet included, I saw it was 450 gallons. My fault, but still, I'd hoped the customer care response would come within a 24hr period or so. Let's hope I get something soon? Overall I give 4.5. If this thing goes good, I'll consider a shower unit as well.

It’s great!
Love this little water filter. It was easy to install. It gives the filtered water slow, but it sure beats the bottled water I’ve been lugging in. It’s really convenient to have a means of getting filtered water right at the sink.

London tap transformed to soft, pure water!
Only just recently installed the filter after years of buying big plastic bottles of mineral water. I’m delighted with the results! London tap water tastes so clean, and the texture is soft.

It hooked up easily. Periodically I have to tighten the faucet attachment
Received the purifier quickly. It hooked up easily. Periodically I have to tighten the faucet attachment. The flow is moderate but it is a counter top design. The convenience of it far outweighs the extra few seconds I have to wait. The water is clean and tastes great. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I would recommend it.

Excellent filtered water
Great product .So far easy to install ,looks good on the counter, works as advertised, good price. if it keeps working like it is now for six months as indicated before having to change filters it is the best water filter on the market. Delivery was better than driving to a store . Thank you

Easy to install, improves taste
It fit directly on my tap without any adaptors, I did add a zip tie to keep the hoses out of the way. This replaces one of the filters that hangs directly on the tap. This one tastes better, has a better flow rate, is not in the way, and is easier to turn on. You just pull out a knob to switch to filtered, and when you turn off the tape it snaps back to the off position so you are less likely to run hot water through the filter by mistake. Taste is much improved (even the cat likes it better). It sits out of the way at the back of the counter, I don't even notice it anymore. The only downside is the replacement filters are expensive, I sort of fell like I bought a cheap printer where the ink costs more than the printer.
