Have Had This Pump for a While & So Far So Good but ... You need a longer skinny brush also.
Bought this pump for when my first one goes out. These work great & does its job. I add water as needed and clean every 2 weeks. But ... as my first one is now about 6-8 months old I am noticing the slower flow and that the areas that can't be reached with the brush were looking black. Now I put the pump in a bowl of clean water & add a little bit of bleach, plug it in and let it pump about 10 minutes, empty & then run it twice with clean water before setting it back up. Some places just cannot be cleaned with the brush that comes with it.

Replacement pump seems like a newer/better version!
After getting one of the PETLIBRO (I got the blue, “PLWF002” model) water fountains, I loved everything about it, and my two Chihuahuas, Benji and gizmo loved it as well. But, eventually I made the mistake of having it running when the tank was completely out of water so the pump got messed up and wasn’t working properly so had to get a replacement and it works perfectly and I have no problems with it. And I’ve even noticed that it’s not the same exact version that it came with the water fountain. Originally, the pump seems to look the same, but definitely looks like a newer version or model of the pump. Now, the only thing I REALLY wish is that PETLIBRO sold a replacement water foundation spout for the “PLWF002” model because I seem to have misplaced it somewhere and cannot find it anywhere so unfortunately I don’t have the cool little water fountain spout attachment for the water to come out of that it originally came with that because my dog gizmo would always drink from the water coming out of the spout, but my other dog Benji would always just drink from the pool of water. So I’m just bummed out for gizmo that seem to enjoy, licking the water coming out of the spout but he’s adjusted to now just drinking from the pool of water and I guess now I have nice calming waterfall sound coming from the fountain. Because before I would always stick on the water spout attachment, and when I would use that the water noise level was much lower, but now that I don’t have that it just has that bubbling motion of water coming out and that noise is actually pretty nice it’s like having those cool Zen water falls that people buy, lol. BUT! Still, if PETLIBRO would start selling replacemen water fountain spout for their “PLWF002” models that would be soooo great!!! (You know what?… I think I’m actually going to go ahead and message them directly after I submit this review on that idea, lol.)

Out of the box pump did not work!!!!!!
I bought this pump to" have on hand" for when the original pump failed. That was August 2022. Well, the pump failed. and so did the extra "have on hand". I am NOT happy. Bye Bye Pet Libro. I have spent a lot of $ with you, also turned friends on to your water fountains.

Great replacement works well
After a few months my last pump just burned out I quess, im happy that they have replacements available and that it was so easy to get and install so my cats can keep having there little fountain.

Perfect match
I have the pet water fountain model PLWF002 and after roughly 7 months the pump just went out on me and wasn’t working anymore even after doing weekly cleanings. I ordered this one for the replacement and it works perfectly fine. Only thing that I wish I would’ve paid attention to is that this replacement does not come with the usb charging box to plug into and I had thrown the original one away with the old pump. However I just used an old iPhone charging box and it seems to be working great. So far it’s a great replacement, we will see how long this one last.

Breaks fast
This is the third time I’ve had to replace this pump. I just bought my last pump a month ago. It has already stopped working It just don’t last very long, and there is no reasonable explanation. The original pump that came with the water fountain lasted over a year. These replacement pumps are seemingly less than than acceptable. I’m not sure if it’s where they’re made, or how they are made, but I won’t be buying another replacement pump. I’ll be buying a whole new fountain thst does not depend on weak, low quality replacement parts.

Pompe à revoir !!
Ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien nous en sommes à la deuxième pompe en 6 mois et 3 en un an ! Constamment obligés de racheter. Un simple nettoyage ne suffit pas. le reste de l’appareil est ergonomique.
