Fantastic item at a fantastic price... BUT THE PACKAGING! price
Adding these bowels to the set I bought here recently. This product line is awesome, btw. Expect some imperfections because it's stoneware, not porcelain or china. BUT... if you look at the picture, I mean, what the heck happened to this box during shipping? The cardboard separators between the bowls were shredded to an extent that suggests quite a bit of impact, with the one in the bottom bowl being the worst. But the bowls are just fine. So, in summary, sturdy dishware, well packaged. Highly recommended.

Arrived broken
These mugs are exactly what I need. I love how large they are. The handles are very comfortable. Unfortunately, despite being inside 3 boxes with heavy cushioning, one of the mugs is split straight down the middle. Due to a time crunch for my needing these, the offer Amazon gave to return the item and be sent a replacement isn't an option. So I'm left with 5 fantastic mugs and one broken. And they are very thick, so I can't imagine what could've happened to break one. I really do love them, but this is really unfortunate.

To The Rescue
I originally bought the 16 piece set of these dishes and use them every day. Unfortunately I dropped one of the salad plates and it broke in half. This 6 piece set of salad plates match my broken plate perfectly. I'm relieved that replacement pieces are available on Amazon so I can update my dishes when needed.
