Steel Toe Work Boots

I love my new work boots. They are comfortable and light weight. The only thing I need is some great insoles. I will definitely buy these boots again????.

Great for the first couple days

After the first couple days they started rubbing the sides of my toes to the point I had to apply bandaids before wearing them. I have very little and narrow feet size 6 and 110lbs so I don’t know how anyone can wear these. Waste of money and now just taking up space in my closet…????

Comfortable

These are comfortable.. They are being worn while working at a job where you are on your feet most of the day.. They have been used for 1 to 2 months now, and so far, they have held up great.. The shoes are nice and comfortable.. Good traction.. Overall, nothing to complain about..

Looks great, falling apart after 3 weeks.

These boots are very nice. The fit was as expected for me over all. The arch support and cushioning are not "little pillows for my feet" as described and could be improved. I bought some gel inserts and that helped. I have been wearing them for almost a week, and there is a breaking in period, especially at the top of the boots. Also, when lacing them up, it would be easier to do so if the top of the boots had the speed hooks instead of eyelets. It would make it much easier to tighten the laces without unlacing the shoelace from the eyelets. The color and styling are great. The slip resistance is not so good, so if that is an important feature for your job, look elsewhere. Not a deal breaker for my job. I would probably purchase them again. Update on these boots 2-14-22. I have had them for 3 weeks now. The leather at the top edges of the tongue has worn through where it comes in contact with the metal eyelets. Some of the stiching has also started to come undone on the tongue and down at the front of the boots. There is also some sticky glue like substance on the black fabric area that has the brand name in yellow at the top of the boots. I can not figure out what it is. I am now very disapointed with these boots. They started out as being pretty good. But starting to fall apart after 3 weeks means I will not buy these boots again. You really do get what you pay for. Too late to send back now.

Shoes are very durable I would just got up a size the pinch the pinky toes a bit but nothing untolerable

Lacing design makes this compleately impracticle

Whoever designed the laces on this has NEVER worked a job requiring steel toes in their life. The shoe has 2 rungs of laces like a combat boot, and that's all well and good. Those can be done up quickly. What CAN'T be done quickly is to then thrread the laces through the eye holes at the very top!!! It takes 2x-3x the time it used to get my shoes on in the morning. I work on a Dredge (basicly a floating construction site). If there is an emergency I have to be able to get these on FAST, that is NOT possible. I bought these for work and unfortunitly didn't have time to send them back and get something else before I had to go back to the job or I would have sent them back immediately. This are NOT meant for actual working conditions, everything else about the shoes is great, but the lacing design is a compleate deal breaker.

Perfect for me!

After reading the reviews, I decided a boot that seemed to run narrower was perfect for me. For reference, I wear a 9.5 in All Stars (and definitely need to lace them a little tighter than most). I ordered a 10, and these boots fit perfectly. They do get hot, but if you have decent socks, it isn’t an issue. They aren’t heavyweight, I have no issue walking around a plant with wet floors and up and down stairs all day. I took the little metal tags saying “Steel Toe” off the front of the laces just for looks. My sisters think they’re cool bracelet charms now. These boots exceed my expectations, especially given the price. Thank you! Note- I’ve had them for just over a week now, I’ll update should my opinion change, but they seem promising.

LOVE THESE!

I've had these boots sitting in my wish list for over a year. I really wish I had bought them sooner because they're fantastic. They aren't as heavy as other steel toed boots I've had. I didn't get any blisters at all and they broke in easily. They're stylish and comfy, and have quickly become my everyday boot. My only slight is issue is I read the reviews before purchasing and based on those reviews I went a half size up. I probably didn't need too. I have narrow feet so after going up a half size these are just a touch too loose, although I does mean I can wear all manners of warm wooly socks without worry of these not fitting. Next time I order I'll these in my true size (and there will be next time - these boots are awesome!)

Not very sturdy

I normally take a size 6.5 but had to order 7 in these boots. The 7 fit perfectly. I am a landscape gardener I work 10 hours a day. The soles do not offer support and appear to be breaking down. I have had the boots for a few months now and I am seeing signs of breaking down in the seams. I worry they may not last the season. The fit was good I had no blisters and I love the look they were beautiful - just not sturdy enough for my work. Cheers Carol
