Surprisingly high quality for the price

Sturdy and beautiful. The pull chain is much more smooth and substantial-feeling compared to an Ikea lamp I have, and using it is SO much easier than fumbling around for a switch on the cord. The shade is large so the lamp can't go as close to the wall as I'd like, but that's my fault for not reading the specs carefully enough. And it's such a good and beautiful lamp that I don't really mind.

Good light. Takes up to 150 watt bulb but does not have the 3-way function. Shade is 15" diameter. Base is 7" diameter.

Wish Quality Control Was Better

Bought a pair for our bedroom. First one is perfect. Second one has a tilted column causing the lamp shade to lean forward and exposing the inside of the shade when one looks at it from the front. The texture/pattern of the shade is also skewed. The vertical and horizontal lines are not perpendicular to each other. The vertical lines are more like "/" at 15-20 degrees. If you only buy one, it probably won't matter. But since I bought 2, it is obvious one is perfect and the other is crooked. Contacted customer service and got an exchange for the crooked one. Third one arrived. While the column is straight, the vertical lines on the shade are even more skewed (30-40 degree) than the second one. I really like the design and therefore I decided to keep them regardless.

Nice, but doesn't work for an end table

The lamp is very nice quality, looks great, came fully assembled (just had to put the lamp shade on the base). The problem is, we wanted it for an end table between 2 living room chairs, but because the top is wide open and the light bulb is near the top of the shade, when you are standing you see the glaring light bulb. Since we like the lamp, we ended up using it on a desk, where this isn't an issue, but now have to figure out something else for the end table.

Built well nice lamp. Order two from market place one mint and the one that said was mint was not so that one was returned. Beare when purchasing these lamps, if you break the lampshade make sure you keep the hardware because these shades are customer made to fit this lamp only. I have floor lamo like this and took me forever to find a place to buy styrene which is what lampshades are built out of. I have been working on this for a year now with my move and everything else. Very nice lamp though, very sharp in my bedroom. I got my second one from the red dot store.

Modern minimalist design lamp in brushed stainless with white fabric shade. Well-balanced design--even the pull-switch is an interesting combination of ball and straight links. It takes a 150 watt bulb (or equivalent), so it produces a much brighter light than most lamps that are not 3-way. Both the style of the lamp, the height, and the wattage were perfect for an area of my office, although it would be equally excellent for the home.

Not too sturdy, but looks good.

A blizzard of packing styrofoam! What a mess to open, but easily set up and looks nice as a bedside lamp. The little dongle at the end of the pull chain on one of them (I ordered two) came off within a couple of weeks and I've managed to get it back on with a little difficulty. Now have to take care not to pull on that but to pull on the chain itself, which shouldn't happen, but it is a decent looking lamp.

The lamp is beautiful and just as described. I'm using it with a smart bulb and have no issues dimming, brightening, turning off and on. Some people have said it's expensive, but I found it within the range of a nice quality lamp with a similar quality shade.
