TBH I have never been a huge fan of Downey. I don't ever use their laundry soap and hated their dryer sheets... so I tried this cause it was the better choice financially when I was in need of liquid softener. The fragrance is OK. Im not a fan of strong laundry scents so that says something if it doesn't bother me. I use it in a smart washer and have had no troubles. I have sensitive skin and I haven't been itching like crazy, so I may even purchase again if no strange symptoms pop up between now and then...

Came thick and white like yogurt consistency.
Super strange but the fabric softener arrived thick like cottage cheese or plain yogurt. It smelled normal but was so thick it wouldn’t pour out of the bottle. I have never seen that before and was uncomfortable using it.
