Broken Box on shipment

The shipping carton split on one corner and two the the round plates are missing. I will have to contact the company and wait until they get here before I can start to install. To late for my trip. I did not realize that I would have to get under the truck and cut out the original bumper mounts, then grind smooth and paint. I guess that I have to remove the coil springs just to make room for the cutting tools to remove the bumper mounts. Not done yet, will have to get back to this comment latter.

Great customer service

Purchased Air Lift 57365 LoadLifter 5000 Air Suspension Kit, after installing the kit the left airbag was leaking from the seam. Contracted Air Lift support through their website and three days later had a new bag delivered to my home. Fantastic customer service, this is the second set of airbags I have bought from Air Lift, and I will definitely purchase from them again if I ever need another set. Awesome customer support, great company to deal with!!!

Great product.

When ever you put a load into the back of your vehicle it sags. What is worse is that also changes the wheel alignment. I spent most of my adult life working and or selling car repairs. You align the vehicle with it sitting at whatever height it is when you take it in. Now you add weight and it changes the heights and as a result the alignment. You don't have to take my word for it. Ask your mechanic. With this airlift kit you can bring the vehicle to the proper height even if the load differs each day. These air bags are better than air shocks. Air shocks put the lifting force on the bottom shock mount (about a 5/8 bolt). These air bags put the weight on the axle hosing. Much stronger and will hold a whole lot more weight than the shock bolt. These air bags cost more than air shocks but are safer. Once you have the ride height set pick a spot on the bumper or wherever is best for you. Use a tape measure to find out the height. Then add or let air out as needed for the load you are carrying. Me, I just lot an old dowel and cut it to the length to match my reference point on the vehicle.

Drill tap tap cut grind. Took 6 hours with 4 different angle grinders. Its not just a bolt on kit

Works great. Bugger to install. Definetly not a kit for a newby.... 2021 Ram 1500 Classic, Warlock edition..

Driver side bracket sits offset a fuzz. After install .

Only drill 1/4” holes then use the self tapping screws to tap new threads. Super easy to install. Took 1 man with all tools about 3.5 hours.

I was hesitant on getting these do to all the negative comment people stating that they are hard to install and there is allot of cutting grinding ect those people that thought these were hard to install should not work on there own vehicles the install was easy super easy yes there is cutting and grinding but well worth it I camp allot with a 700 lb atv I haul along with all my camping gear these made the biggest difference no more embarrassing squat no more dangerous feeling swaying on the highway well well worth every penny great quality everything built to last. highly recommend installed in 2015 ram 1500 5.7

Works Great!

As advertised, the installation wasn't too difficult. Working in my driveway, the toughest part was finding a way to get the truck high enough off of the ground to allow the axle to sag sufficiently. Not only high enough, but also stable enough to feel comfortable working under there. I highly recommend lowing the spare tire to get it out of your way first. In my mind, the 5000 series is a total winner. Lifts the truck with ease, no air leaks and feels smooth. If I could, I'd give it 4.99 stars because they cheaped out and didn't supply a 1/4" Tee fitting for a single schrader valve installation.

They work great ! Only thing I didn't like was you have too cut the factory bump stops off with grinder and to do so you have to drop axle and remove springs . . BUT well worth it ! Dodges need as much help as they can get and these are wonderful
